I. Usage

The 100kg vacuum induction melting casting furnace,thereis a melting crucible enclosed in a vacuum chamber, which uses eddycurrent heat generated by electromagnetic induction as a heatsource (electric energy converted into heat energy). Smelting andcasting of metals in vacuum state, so as to obtain smeltinge of high materials. It can be used for smeltingsteel, iron, copper, aluminum, superalloy, rare earth metals andother metals.

It is mainly composed of furnace cover, turret, furnacebody, furnace door, charging device, temperature measuring device,ramming device, medium frequency power supply, power supply deviceand tilting device, furnace tilting casting device, mould heatingfurnace ingot mould casting turntable, vacuum system, electricalcontrol system, closed water cooling e system,etc.

II. Main configurationand  functions:

Smelting chamber:

The melting chamber is e with mouldrotary table in dark, and the outside of the smelting chamber ise with feeding chamber, infrared temperature measurementwindow, observation window, ramming rod, etc.

Furnace cover: the furnace cover is above the furnace bodywith arc-shaped structure. Observation window, alloy feeder,temperature measurement and sampling mechanism, ramming rod andother structures are arranged on the furnace cover. The lifting offurnace cover is driven by motor,

Furnace door: the furnace door is hinged rotation, and theresistance heating furnace is installed inside the furnace door.The furnace door has observation window and electric electrode ofresistance heating furnace. The smelting furnace is of vertical structure. Theinduction coil adopts the rotating copper shaft to conductelectricity and pass water. The rotating casting of the inductioncoil is driven by the variable frequency motor. It can rotate andstop in the range of - 10-110 degrees.

The copper shaft and the intermediate frequency powersupply are connected by copper bars, which are welded withwater-cooled copper tubes to cool the copper bars. High purity andhigh-strength graphite ring is used between copper shaft and copperbar to conduct electricity, rotate, simple structure, durable,convenient maintenance and low replacement cost. ,

Mold turntable: installed inside the smeltingchamber, it can place one or more molds for rotarycasting.

It is composed of stainless steel turntable, mouldsupport, turntable support bearing, direct motor, reducer, rotaryseal, rotary control system, etc.

Mold trolley: manual hydraulic trolley, usedto take out mold and rotary table from smelting chamber and putthem into smelting chamber. It can move back and forth and rise andfall.

Vacuum system: vacuumize thesmelting furnace and feeding chamber. It consists of diffusionpump, roots pump, mechanical pump, vacuum valve, vacuum pipeline,inflation valve, vent valve, cooling water circuit of vacuum pump,vacuum gauge, electric control system,etc.

Charging / discharging system: charge inertgas (argon) into the furnace. Gas filling valve, gas fillingpipeline, gas source, gas flow meter, airrelease valve,etc.
