1.設(shè)備用途
真空感應(yīng)電爐是熔煉坩堝封閉在真空室中，利用電磁感應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的渦流熱做熱源（電能轉(zhuǎn)換成熱能）。在真空狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行各種金屬熔煉并澆鑄，從而得到高質(zhì)量材料的熔煉設(shè)備。 主要用于高溫合金、精密合金，稀土材料，有色金屬等特殊難熔金屬的熔煉提純。一般鎂砂坩堝內(nèi)溫度可達(dá)到1700°C。氧化鋯可以達(dá)到1900°C，如采用石墨等導(dǎo)電材質(zhì)坩堝和適當(dāng)保溫材料時(shí)溫度可達(dá)2200°C。能?chē)?yán)格控制溫度和合金成份，并具有電磁攪拌的能力。
型號(hào)說(shuō)明：“Z”表示真空，“G”表示感應(yīng)，后面的數(shù)字,0.05L表示坩堝冶煉額定重量（以鋼為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）單位為噸，數(shù)字后面第一位L表示立式電爐，
例如：ZG－0.005L表示：5kg真空感應(yīng)爐，立式結(jié)構(gòu)，IGBT中頻電源。
