HUNGER桿密封TDI系列描述及作用

HungerTDI系列密封屬于桿密封。它可以與礦物油一起使用，并且可以與水基液體，防火液體和壓縮空氣一起使用。TDI密封由兩部分組成，一個(gè)帶密封唇的PUR外部彈性環(huán)和一個(gè)帶耐磨PTFE復(fù)合材料的內(nèi)部滑環(huán)密封邊緣。在配合之前，密封唇突出超過(guò)密封件的公稱直徑，并且當(dāng)被壓靠在活塞桿上時(shí)。由此，在零壓力下提供有效的密封。

The Hunger TDI tandem seal for inside sealing is a piston rodseal.

It can be used with mineral oils and in modified form with waterbase fluids,

fire resistant fluids and compressed air.

The TDI seal consists of 2 parts, an external elastic ring ofPUR with a sealing lip and an internal slide ring of abrasionresistant PTFE-Bronze compound with a

sealing edge. Prior to fitting, the sealing lip protrudes beyondthe nominal diameter of the seal and when fitted is pressed againstthe piston rod. Effective sealing is thereby provided at zeropressure.

The slide ring is surrounded by the elastic ring and sealsaxially in direct contact with the piston rod. Under increasingpressure and compression of the sealing

ring, it is the slide ring which is predominantly pressedagainst the piston rod. The slide ring produces an annular cavitywhere any seepage oil that has passed

the elastomer lip is collected.

The seepage oil is held back by the sealing edge such that theemerging piston rod remains dry. During there turn stroke, thecollected oil is forced back into the

cylinder.

The internal sealing surface of the seal primarily comprises theinternal slide ring which possess excellent sliding properties.When combined with a surface finish

of Ra 0.1 - 0.3 μm on the piston rod, minimum frictionlevels areachieved with highly efficient sealing and long service life. Thereis no stiction, no unacceptable

heat generation, and above all no stick-slip effect.
