HUNGER活塞密封GD1000K系列應(yīng)用及作用
The Hunger slide ring piston seal type GD1000K is used to sealand guide pistons on double-acting hydraulic cylinders. The sealdesign and materials used make it particularly suitable for themost vigorous applications e.g. construction machine cylinders.
The seal can be used in standard form with mineral oils andwater base fluids. Modified versions are available for use withother fluids.
The GD1000K consists of 6 parts, a special shaped elastic ringof a modified NBR, a slide ring of abrasion resistant PTFE-Bronzecompound which acts as the sealing ring, two lateral support ringsof modified PUR and two bearing rings of pressure-resistant POMPTFE-Bronze compound.
The elastic ring energises the slide ring to press it againstthe cylinder wall, providing a sealing function at zero workingpressure. The onset of pressure compresses the elastic ring whichincreases the radial force pressing the slide ring against thecylinder wall, thereby increasing the sealing effect.
The two support rings prevent gap extrusion of the slide ring athigh pressures. The special profile of the support rings encouragesuniform fluid and pressure distribution to the elastic innerring.
The bearing rings positioned on the support rings, make contactwith the cylinder wall; there is no mmbedllic contact between thepiston and the cylinder tube.
When combined with a surface roughness of Ra 0.3 - 0.5 碌m of thecylinder, minimum friction is achieved. The seal has excellentefficiency. Even at low speeds there is no stick-slip effectallowing good positioning control.
