    湍球塔作為一種新型噴淋吸收設(shè)備已在廢氣凈化中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。它將硫化床的概念發(fā)展到氣液傳質(zhì)設(shè)備中，使噴淋塔中的填料處于流化狀態(tài)，因而使傳質(zhì)過程能夠得到強(qiáng)化。他的特點(diǎn)是：氣速高，處理能力大，塔的重量輕，汽液分布比較均勻，不易被固體及黏性物料堵塞。特別是由于塔內(nèi)湍動(dòng)強(qiáng)烈，故質(zhì)量及能量傳遞得以強(qiáng)化，因而能夠較大地縮小塔徑，降低塔高。該塔處理風(fēng)量較大，空塔氣速1．5～6．0m/s，噴淋密度20～110m3/(m2·h），壓力損失小于1000Pa，湍球塔的除霧裝置采用旋流板除霧器，通過使氣體通過塔板產(chǎn)生旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，利用離心力的作用將霧沫除下，其除霧效率可達(dá)98%-99%，而且結(jié)構(gòu)簡單壓降較小。

    湍球塔對(duì)于各種腐蝕性氣體凈化處理效果明顯，能有效去除氯化氫氣體（HCl）、氟化氫氣體（HF）、氨氣（NH3）、硫酸霧（H2SO4）、鉻酸霧（CrO3）、氰氫酸氣體（HCN）、堿蒸氣（NaOH）、硫化氫氣體（H2S）、福爾馬林（HCHO）等水溶性氣體。我公司自主研發(fā)的廢氣吸收塔凈化效率高、操作管理簡單、使用壽命長。凈化處理后的酸堿廢氣排放達(dá)到國家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

安全第一、預(yù)防為主、綜合治理是企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)第一方針。結(jié)合我司廢氣安裝工程實(shí)際，列舉出幾種施工過程中的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及預(yù)防措施。

首先是高空墜落，現(xiàn)場安裝管道大多數(shù)在高空當(dāng)中，而且管道較大，如果安全帶的安全繩掛鉤沒有掛在安全的承重位置，很容易會(huì)墜落地面而發(fā)生安全事故，所以只要上高空必須佩帶安全帶，而且安全繩必須掛在足夠承重的位置。

第二是高空墜物，在現(xiàn)場施工過程中，高空施工中稍微不注意就會(huì)有東西掉下，高空作業(yè)人員必須將所用工具放置在安全不被碰到的位置，所有人員必須佩帶安全帽以及穿勞保鞋，防止掉落物品砸到頭部和腳部而導(dǎo)致受傷。而且地面工作人員做事切勿著急，拿東西時(shí)切勿貪多，拿力所能及的物料，防止掉落砸到自己。

第三是現(xiàn)場焊接所出現(xiàn)的燙傷情況，現(xiàn)場一般需要電焊、PP焊以及氬弧焊，主要就是電焊的焊渣以及PP焊焊槍放置不正確而出現(xiàn)燙傷，其次就是電焊和氬弧焊焊接時(shí)的出現(xiàn)的亮光會(huì)對(duì)眼睛造成嚴(yán)重的傷害，因此在現(xiàn)場電焊和氬弧焊時(shí)，不管現(xiàn)場焊接人員還是旁邊輔助人員，必須著裝厚工作服以及佩帶電焊眼鏡，防止焊渣飛濺造成燙傷以及焊接亮光對(duì)眼睛造成損壞。對(duì)于PP焊來說，焊接停止后焊槍必須放置在空閑位置，現(xiàn)場施工人員必須時(shí)刻注意PP焊槍位置，一定不能觸碰到正在工作中的焊槍。

現(xiàn)場切割物料而發(fā)生碎末飛濺入眼部而受傷，在現(xiàn)場施工過程中，使用切割機(jī)以及角磨機(jī)的時(shí)候一定要正確的使用設(shè)備，做好設(shè)備的安全保護(hù)，與此同時(shí)自身的安全防護(hù)工作也必須做好，切割時(shí)必須佩帶防護(hù)眼鏡，防止碎末飛濺入眼睛內(nèi)。

以上幾種情況為我們現(xiàn)場施工可能出現(xiàn)的幾種導(dǎo)致員工受傷的情況，在安全帶、安全帽、勞保鞋子全部分配到每個(gè)員工手中并全部穿戴的同時(shí)，我們現(xiàn)場項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人以及現(xiàn)場施工帶班人員也要經(jīng)常做培訓(xùn)，讓現(xiàn)場施工人員的個(gè)人保護(hù)意識(shí)越來越高，不管外部設(shè)備配置的再好，個(gè)人保護(hù)意識(shí)不行的話依然會(huì)出問題。
