一、概述

     活性炭吸附再生系統(tǒng)（即活性炭吸附脫附裝置）吸附-催化燃燒法：此法綜合了吸附法及催化燃燒法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，采用新型吸附材料(蜂窩狀活性炭)吸附，在接近飽和后引入熱空氣進(jìn)行脫附、解析，脫附后廢氣引入催化燃燒床無焰燃燒，將其徹底凈化，熱氣體在系統(tǒng)中循環(huán)使用，大大降低能耗。具有運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠、投資省、運(yùn)行成本低、維修方便等特點(diǎn)，適用于大風(fēng)量、低濃度的廢氣治理，是目前國內(nèi)有機(jī)廢氣處理方法中較為成熟、實(shí)用的方法。 
二、用途
   大風(fēng)量、低濃度、經(jīng)濟(jì)型噴漆廢氣處理可處理混合類有機(jī)廢氣，主要用于化工、機(jī)械、電子、電器、涂裝、制鞋、橡膠、塑料、印刷及各種化工車間里揮發(fā)或泄漏出的有害有機(jī)廢氣的凈化及臭味的消除，不宜采用直接燃燒、催化燃燒法或吸附回收法處理有機(jī)廢氣。
三、工作原理
   工業(yè)廢氣凈化本凈化裝置是根據(jù)吸附（效率高）和催化燃燒（節(jié)能）兩個基本原理設(shè)計(jì)的，即吸附濃縮—催化燃燒法。該設(shè)備采用雙氣路連續(xù)工作，設(shè)兩個或多個吸附床可交替使用。一個催化燃燒室，先將有機(jī)廢氣用活性炭吸附，當(dāng)快達(dá)到飽和時(shí)停止吸附操作，然后用熱氣流將有機(jī)物從活性炭上脫附下來使活性炭再生；脫附下來的有機(jī)物已被濃縮（濃度較原來提高幾十倍）并送入催化燃燒室催化轉(zhuǎn)化成CO2和H2O排出，當(dāng)有機(jī)廢氣濃度達(dá)到2000mg/m3以上時(shí)，有機(jī)廢氣在催化床可維持自燃，不用外加熱，燃燒后的尾氣一部份排入大氣，大部份送往吸附床，用于活性炭的脫附再生。這樣能滿足燃燒和脫附所需的熱能，達(dá)到節(jié)能的目的，再生后的活性炭可用于下次吸附；在脫附時(shí)，凈化操作可用另一個吸附床進(jìn)行，既適合于連續(xù)操作，也適合于間斷操作。

四、催化性能特點(diǎn)
 1、采用吸附濃縮+催化燃燒組合工藝。整個系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了凈化、脫附過程封閉循環(huán)，與回收類有機(jī)廢氣凈化裝置相比，無須配備壓縮空氣等附加能源，運(yùn)行過程不產(chǎn)生二次污染，設(shè)備投資及運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低。 
  2、該設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)原理先進(jìn)、用材獨(dú)特、性能穩(wěn)定、操作簡便、安全可靠、節(jié)能省力，無二次污染。
 3、設(shè)備占地面積小、采用新型的活性炭吸附材料—蜂窩狀活性炭。與粒狀相比具有優(yōu)越的動力學(xué)性能，極適合于大風(fēng)量下使用。
  4、催化燃燒室采用陶瓷蜂窩體的貴金屬催化劑，阻力小，活性高。當(dāng)有機(jī)蒸汽濃度達(dá)到2000PPm以上時(shí)，可維持自燃。
 5、耗電量小。由于床層阻力小，用低壓風(fēng)機(jī)就可以，不但耗電少而且噪音小。有機(jī)物催化燃燒前，需啟動電加熱，當(dāng)有機(jī)物在催化床開始催化燃燒時(shí)，其燃燒熱足以維持其反應(yīng)所需的溫度，此時(shí)電加熱自行停止，起動電加熱時(shí)間大約1小時(shí)左右。
 6、吸附有機(jī)物廢氣的活性炭床，可用催化燃燒后的廢氣進(jìn)行脫附再生，脫附后的氣體再送催化燃燒室進(jìn)行凈化，不需外加能量，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)費(fèi)用低，節(jié)能效果顯著。

Directcombustion and catalysis are not suitable. Treatment of organicwaste gas by chemical combustion or adsorption recovery.

Three, working principle

Dongtai industrial waste gas purification unit is designedaccording to two basic principles of adsorption (high efficiency)and catalytic combustion (energy saving), namely adsorptionconcentration - catalytic combustion method. The e isoperated continuously with two gas paths, and two or moreadsorption beds can be used alternately. In a catalytic combustionchamber, the organic waste gas is adsorbed by activated carbon, andthe adsorption operation is stopped when it is nearly saturated,and then the activated carbon is regenerated by desorbing theorganic matter from the activated carbon with hot air flow. Whenthe concentration of organic waste gas is above 2000mg/m3, theorganic waste gas can maintain spontaneous combustion in thecatalytic bed without external heating. Some of the burned exhaustgas is discharged into the atmosphere and most of it is sent to theadsorption bed for the desorption and regeneration of activatedcarbon. The regenerated activated carbon can be used for the nextadsorption, while the purification operation can be carried out inanother adsorption bed, which is suitable for both continuousoperation and intermittent operation.

5, low power consumption. Because the bed resistance is small, itis possible to use low pressure fans, which not only consume lesselectricity but also have less noise. Before the catalyticcombustion of organic compounds, it is necessary to start theelectric heating. When the organic compounds start the catalyticcombustion in the catalytic bed, the combustion heat is enough tomaintain the temperature needed for the reaction. At this time, theelectric heating stops by itself and the starting time is about anhour.

6. The activated carbon bed for adsorbing organic waste gas can beregenerated by desorption of the waste gas after catalyticcombustion. The desorbed gas is sent to the catalytic combustionchamber for purification without additional energy. The operationcost is low and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
