   工作原理workingprinciple

   變送器由傳感器與電子元件線路組成，被測(cè)介質(zhì)的壓力直接作用于傳感器的陶瓷膜片上，使膜片產(chǎn)生與介質(zhì)壓力成正比的微小位移，正常工作狀態(tài)下，膜片Zui大位移不大于0.025mm，電子線路檢測(cè)這一位移量后，即把這一位移量轉(zhuǎn)換成對(duì)應(yīng)這一壓力的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工業(yè)測(cè)量信號(hào)即（4～20ma）。
    transmitter is composed of sensor and electronicelement circuit, pressure of measured medium directly applies onsensor s ceramic diaphragm, force diaphragm to displace tinily inproportion to pressure of medium, under normal working condition,diaphragm displace no more than 0.025mm, electronic circuit detectsthis displacement, and convert it into standard industrialmeasuring signal i.e. (4~20ma) corresponding to thispressure.

   超壓時(shí)膜片直接貼到堅(jiān)固的陶瓷基體上，由于膜片與基體的間隙只有0.1mm，過載時(shí)膜片的Zui大位移只能是0.1mm，(此時(shí)測(cè)量膜片貼到陶瓷支架上，避免損壞)所以從結(jié)構(gòu)上保證了膜片不會(huì)產(chǎn)生過大變形。由于膜片采用高性能的工業(yè)陶瓷，因而使傳感器具有很強(qiáng)的抗沖擊及抗過載能力。從襯底電極①和膜片電極②之間可以檢測(cè)到與壓力成比例的電容變化量，電容的變化值經(jīng)激光微調(diào)電路放大輸出高達(dá)0.5-4.5v的直流電壓，計(jì)算機(jī)可直接采樣。

    when overpressure,diaphragm directly stick to solid ceramic base body, as there isonly 0.1mm gap between diaphragm and base body, when overpressure,the maximum diaphragm displacement could be no more than 0.1mm, (atthat time, measuring diaphragm sticks to ceramic bracket, avoiddamage) so structurally prevent diaphragm from excessivedeformation. because diaphragm adopts high functional industrialceramic, sensor is significantly shock-proof and overload-proof.from between lining electrode① and diaphragm electrode②capacitancevariant in proportion to pressure can be detected, capacitancevariant value is amplified by laser micro adjustment circuit tooutput direct voltage as high as 0.5-4.5v, computer can sample itdirectly.

   結(jié)構(gòu)及安裝方式construction and mountingoptions

    1.直接安裝在測(cè)量點(diǎn)上（任意角度）。
       directly mount on measuringpoint（any angle）
    2. 盡量安裝在溫度梯度與溫度波動(dòng)小的測(cè)壓點(diǎn)上，同時(shí)避免強(qiáng)振動(dòng)和沖擊。
       suggest mount on measuringpoint with lower temperature gradient and temperature fluctuation,meanwhile avoid vibration and impact.
    3.室外安裝時(shí)，盡可能放置于保護(hù)盒內(nèi)，避免陽(yáng)光直射和雨淋，以保持變送器性能穩(wěn)定和延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。
       in case of outdoor mounting,preferred mounting in protection case, avoid direct exposure tosunlight and rainfall, to maintain transmitter s functionalstability and longer service life.
    4.測(cè)量蒸汽或其它高溫介質(zhì)時(shí)，注意不要使變送器的工作溫度超限。必要時(shí)請(qǐng)安裝散熱器或其它冷卻裝置連接。
       when measuring steam or otherhigh temperature media, make sure transmitter s working temperaturelimit is observed. fit cooler or other cooling device ifnecessary.
    5.安裝時(shí)應(yīng)在變送器和介質(zhì)之間加裝壓力截止閥，以便檢修和防止取壓口堵塞而影響測(cè)量精度。在壓力波動(dòng)范圍大的場(chǎng)合還應(yīng)加裝阻尼器或壓力緩沖裝置。
       when mounting, shut valveshould be used between transmitter and medium, for easy maintenanceand to prevent pressure taking port from blocking that influencesmeasuring accuracy. damper or pressure buffer should be used wherebig pressure fluctuation exists.

   注：不得隨意更換或改動(dòng)可能影響防爆性能的元器件或結(jié)構(gòu)。
    note：random replacing or altering elements orconstruction that may impair explosion-proof function isprohibited.

    系統(tǒng)連接及調(diào)試s y s t e m connection andadjustment

   變送器在測(cè)量系統(tǒng)中的連接見圖4。建議電源電壓vs 選用24v.dc。
    connection of pressure transmitter in measuringsystem refers to figure 4. suggest power supply vs uses 24v.dc。
    二次儀表中采樣電阻（負(fù)載電阻）rl 的阻值選用250 ω。如果us 和rl選用別的數(shù)值，
那么rl = 值不能超過由公式計(jì)算得到的數(shù)值。電源通過信號(hào)線接到變送器，變送器頂部?jī)蓚?cè)面的連接孔用電纜密封或信號(hào)線裝配，信號(hào)電纜通過緊固螺母鎖緊，不使用的連接口必須密封。
    sampling resistance in secondary instrument（loadresistance）rl uses 250 ω。if
resistance deviates for us and rl, rl value shall not exceed thevalue from formula
rl= power supply is connected to transmitter via signal cable,connections holes at both sides of top of transmitter is sealedwith cable or assembled with signal cable, signal cable is fastenedby lock nuts, idle connection hole must be sealed.

   b：本安型壓力變送器intrinsicallysafety type pressure transmitter
    ys1本安型壓力變送器采用本質(zhì)安全電路，適用于爆炸危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域，防爆等級(jí)exiaiict5(防爆合格證編號(hào)：ce042114)，技術(shù)性能指標(biāo)與普通型壓力變送器相同。在系統(tǒng)回路中必須采用屏蔽信號(hào)電纜，并可靠接地。

    ys1 intrinsicallysafety type pressure transmitter adopts intrinsically safetycircuit, suitable for explosive hazardous zone, explosion-proofclass exiaiict5(explosion-proof certificate no.：ce042114)，technicalfunction index is same as standard pressure transmitter. shieldedsignal cable must be used in system loop, and must be groundedfirmly.

   變送器出廠前已根據(jù)用戶需求，量程、精度均已調(diào)到精度范圍以內(nèi)，一般不需校驗(yàn)。但以下情況需重新校驗(yàn)：
    before delivery transmitter has been set range,accuracy within accuracy range as per customer s request, normallydoesn t need calibration but as a exception if following situationsoccur：

    a.運(yùn)輸途中出現(xiàn)跌落、強(qiáng)烈震顛和碰撞；
       falling down, strongshock and vibration in transit；
    b. 存放期超過一年；
       over 1 year storage

    c.長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)行后，出現(xiàn)大于精度范圍內(nèi)的誤差；
       long time operation, erroroccurs greater than accuracy range;
    d. 使用單位的例行檢驗(yàn)；
       user s routineinspection；

 

   如何選擇壓力變送器（具體訂貨時(shí)參考）
   how tochoose pressure transmitter（refer to when ordering）
    (1) 確定測(cè)量介質(zhì)decide measuring medium
       根據(jù)腐蝕程度的大小選擇相應(yīng)的變送器，一般來說非強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿均可使用以不銹鋼為隔離單元的變送器，否則只能選擇專為防腐蝕設(shè)計(jì)的鈦合金等特制變送器。其次還需看測(cè)量介質(zhì)是否粘稠度，干凈程度，如果粘稠介質(zhì)就需要選擇硬性隔離單元的變送器。
    choose corresponding transmitter accordingto corrosivity, normally transmitter with stainless steel isolationcell is enough for non strong acid strong alkali, otherwise specialchemical seal product made in titanium alloy specially designed forcorrosion-proof must be used. secondly, need to know viscosity ofmeasuring medium, cleanliness, in case of very viscous transmitterof rigid isolation cell needs to be used.
    (2) 確定測(cè)量范圍和測(cè)量方式

        decide measuringrange and method
    一般選擇測(cè)量范圍時(shí)要考慮實(shí)際測(cè)量范圍，過壓測(cè)量范圍，選擇量程以Zui大測(cè)量范圍為準(zhǔn)，同時(shí)考慮過壓測(cè)量范圍的大小。另外需要選擇正確的測(cè)量方式，如果測(cè)量差壓必須選擇差壓變送器。
    normally when choosing measuring range, need toconsider actual measuring range, overpressure measuring range,choosing range should refer to the biggest measuring range,meanwhile consider volume of overpressure range. in addition, needto choose correct measuring method, if measuring pressuredifference, need to use differential pressure transmitter
    (3) 確定精度范圍，補(bǔ)償溫度范圍，使用溫度范圍

     decideaccuracy range, compensation temperature range, using temperaturerange.
    根據(jù)需要測(cè)量的Zui低精度，一般選擇略高于所要求Zui低精度的產(chǎn)品。 選擇時(shí)還需考慮長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定性指標(biāo)。所謂補(bǔ)償溫度范圍即正常工作時(shí)測(cè)量介質(zhì)的溫度范圍，使用溫度范圍即使用過程中可能出現(xiàn)的Zui大溫度范圍，一般選擇時(shí)略大于測(cè)量介質(zhì)的溫度范圍。
