   雙膜片式高靜壓差壓表主要用于過濾器的正負(fù)壓力端，液體灌液位、泵出入口、輸油管線、輸氣管線和加壓泵站等場(chǎng)合的壓力差的測(cè)量。本儀表具有較高的耐壓性能，并適合于在有腐蝕性的環(huán)境中使用。
    mainly used for measuring the difference betweentwo pressure values, in the plus and minus ends of filter, thelevel of liquid, the entrance and exit of pump, oil pipeline, gaspipeline and high pressure pump station and so on. it is excellentwhile overpressure take place, also suitable for corrosionenvironments.

   三閥組的安裝、拆卸及使用方法
   three valves mounting, disassembly and method ofapplication
    安裝 mounting

       1.正常使用差壓表必須配三閥組或五閥組以保護(hù)差壓表正常工作。
       use differential gauge mustfit out three valves in order to insure it’s normal working.
    2. 差壓表和三閥組用兩個(gè)索母緊固。索母和差壓表接頭密封面應(yīng)加四氟墊片。
       the differential gaugeand there valves are connected by two nuts tightly, nutsand socketare with ptfespacer.
    3. 裝有三閥組的差壓表在使用前必須把中間閥門打開，并把正壓閥門和負(fù)壓閥門打開（當(dāng)p+ 和p-任意的壓力先進(jìn)入時(shí)，中間閥門能起到平衡差壓表兩腔體內(nèi)的壓力的作用，以免打壞差壓表。）

      open the middle valve, negative pressure valve and positivepressure valve
before use the differential gauge, when either of p- or p+ input,the middle valve can have e activity, and avoid to damagethe gauge.
    4. 當(dāng)p+、p-的壓力正常進(jìn)入三閥組后，再關(guān)閉中間閥門使差壓表正常工作。如差壓表表針有輕微離零屬正常，只需把表針調(diào)到零位即可（注意必須用肥皂水檢驗(yàn)所有密封口是否泄露，如有泄露必須緊固。）

      when p- and p+ normal input the three valves, the close themiddle valve, to
make the gauge works right. if the gauge’s pointer is not at zero,please adjust it
to zero (note must use soap water to inspect the seal, if has leak,please tight.)
    5. 差壓表有后背板式安裝（如圖）和立管固定方法。（管卡子卡到管子上）。
       the differential pressuregauge has back plate mounting (see the chart) and
standpipe fixed (the pipe with clamp).

 

   拆卸disassembly

    1.首先打開三閥組的中間閥門。并打開正壓和負(fù)壓閥門（正壓負(fù)壓閥門原始為打開）
       open the middle valve,negative pressure valve and positive pressure valve (negativepressure valve and positive pressure valve original state isopen).
    2. 關(guān)閉總進(jìn)氣的兩個(gè)閥門。（在設(shè)備的主管道上）

       closethese two input valves (on the main pipe of e).
    3.拆下更換儀表（卸兩個(gè)索母）注意用扳子卡住差壓表的接頭，只拆三閥組上的上索母。先松開一點(diǎn)放空壓力，再把卡到管子上的卡子螺母松掉，并把卡子拿下。
       discharge instrument(discharge two nuts), use spanner lock the socket of gauge, andjust discharge the nuts on three valves. discharge pressure, thenput off the nuts and clamp.
    4. 再把三閥組上的兩個(gè)索母慢慢松開把差壓表取下。（注意一定要兩個(gè)索母同時(shí)松）
       screw down the two nuts andtake down the differential pressure gauge (note screw down thesetwo nuts together)
    5. 把新表裝上的方法同上面安裝方法換上兩個(gè)新的四氟墊（確保不漏）
       then install the new gauge(same as mounting method), change two spacers to ensure it will notleak.
    6. 把卡子卡好
       fix the clamp.
    7. 先開總開關(guān)（兩個(gè)），再關(guān)上差壓表三閥組中間的閥門（新接口用肥皂水試漏）。
       open main switch (two), thenclose the middle valve. (use soap water to inspect leak)
    8. 兩分鐘后把差壓表表針調(diào)到零位。（如沒有輕微離零不用調(diào)整）
       two minutes later, set thepointer at zero (if it does not out off zero, you needn’t toadjust).
    注：在裝表或卸表時(shí)，必須保證中間閥門和p+、p-兩個(gè)閥門全部開啟，以確保儀表能正常使用。
