1. 放射性超標是高扣貨風險點，鉭鈮礦、部分伴生稀有礦務必起運前先做放射性自檢；

2. 嚴格區(qū)分礦產(chǎn)品與固體廢物，嚴禁偽報固廢進口；

3. 錫礦、鎢礦屬于兩用物項管制，需要對應許可證，無證無法通關；

4. 鉛鋅銅精礦屬于法檢管控，現(xiàn)場放射性、檢疫篩查不可豁免；

5. 非洲部分產(chǎn)國涉及沖突礦產(chǎn)溯源，提前備好溯源文件，避免退運；

6. 金銀礦進口需要提前完成央行相關備案，伴生金銀必須在報關單完整申報。

1. Excessive radioactivity is the top cause of cargo detention.Pre-shipment radioactivity test is strongly recommended fortantalum?niobium ore and rare-metal associated ores.

2. Strictly distinguish mineral ores from solid waste; falsedeclaration of solid waste is prohibited.

3. Tin and tungsten ores are controlled dual-use items.Corresponding license is mandatory for clearance.

4. Lead, zinc and copper concentrates are subject to statutoryinspection; on-site radioactivity and screening cannotbe exempted.

5. Conflict mineral traceability documents are required for someAfrican sources; prepare in advance to avoid return shipment.

6. Pre-filing with central bank is required for gold and silver oreimport. Associated gold and silver content must be fully declaredon customs declaration.
