2. Powder Application Methods
Method A: Make brazing paste (most common for honeycomb, heatexchangers, precision parts)
Mix BNi?2 powder with organic binder at powder : binder = 7:3 ~8:2, stir uniformly. Apply by bing, dispensing or screen printing.Dry at room temperature or 80–120 °C to fully evaporate solvent tooid pores.
