試驗結(jié)果顯示功能，可自動判斷試驗結(jié)果（試驗通過或試驗失敗），并能可靠記錄試品過電流、閃洛或擊穿時的電壓；

試驗結(jié)果聲音報警功能，試驗通過或試驗失敗時，設(shè)備會發(fā)出不同的報警聲音，試驗人員可直接由報警聲音辨認試驗的結(jié)果；

暫停功能，自動控制時，此功能可做到在任意點實現(xiàn)升壓或降壓的暫停，暫停時間可由試驗人員靈活掌握，方便觀察試品狀態(tài)；

自動計時功能，自動控制時，當電壓自動上升至設(shè)定值時，設(shè)備自動開始計時，當計時時間到，顯示試驗結(jié)果，設(shè)備自動回到零位；

手動計時功能，手動控制時，計時器可手動啟動，當耐壓時間到，設(shè)備自動回到零位（僅臺式設(shè)備有此功能）；

手動控制模式，此模式類似于傳統(tǒng)的電動升/降壓方式，上升/下降由按鈕控制，設(shè)備自動判斷上/下限位，有過電壓保護；

升壓速度智能控制，當電壓達到目標電壓80%時，升壓速度會自動減慢，當達到目標電壓90%時，升壓速度進一步減慢；

采用硬、軟件抗干擾技術(shù)相結(jié)合，性能穩(wěn)定，抗干擾性強。

注意事項

為了您和設(shè)備的安全，請操作人員仔細閱讀以下內(nèi)容:

● 試驗接地端必須可靠接地。

● 試驗時不允許將不相干的物品堆放在設(shè)備面板上或周圍。

●開機前請檢查電源電壓:交流220V±10%50Hz。

● 更換保險管和配件時，請使用與本儀器相同的型號。

●NANY系列智能型工頻耐壓控制箱注意防潮、防油污。

● 試驗時請確認被測設(shè)備已斷電，并與其它帶電設(shè)備斷開。

● 開機前請檢查暫停鍵是否被暫停，如被暫停請恢復。

保養(yǎng)和維修

1．驗證設(shè)備的可用性

儀器在使用前首先觀察儀器外觀是否有破損。通電后檢查儀器表頭是否有顯示，顯示是否完整，對長期沒有使用的儀器還應檢查其輸出部分接線柱是否銹蝕、老化現(xiàn)象，否則應及時清理完好再使用。使用時請參照“使用手冊”。

2．設(shè)備的保養(yǎng)

每次完成試驗后，清整儀器接線柱上的連線，關(guān)閉電源，斷開電源插頭，蓋上機箱蓋，放置在干燥無塵、通風、無腐蝕性氣體的室內(nèi)。

3．保險管的更換方法

儀器的保險管與儀器的電源插座連為一體，更換時首先應拔掉電源線，用小一字錐從上方撥出保險盒。

● Manual timer function , whenmanual control, the timer can be started manually , when thepressure the start, the device returns to zero ( only desktopdevices have this function ) automatically;

● Manual control mode, this modeis similar to the traditional electric buck / boost mode , up /down control by the button, the device judge the upper / lowerlimit automatically, also with over-voltage protection;

● Boost speed with intelligentcontrol, when the voltage reaches to 80% of the target voltage ,the boost speed will automatically slow down, when it reaches to90% of the target voltage , the boost speed slowed further;
