產(chǎn)品特性

1、所需電源容量大大減小。串聯(lián)諧振電源是利用諧振電抗器和被試品電容諧振產(chǎn)生高電壓和大電流的，在整個(gè)系統(tǒng)中，電源只需要提供系統(tǒng)中有功消耗的部分，因此，試驗(yàn)所需的電源功率只有試驗(yàn)容量的1/Q。

2、設(shè)備的重量和體積大大減少。串聯(lián)諧振電源中，不但省去了笨重的大功率調(diào)壓儀器和普通的大功率工頻試驗(yàn)變壓器，而且諧振激磁電源只需試驗(yàn)容量的1/Q，使得系統(tǒng)重量和體積大大減少，一般為普通試驗(yàn)儀器的1/10-1/30。

3、改善輸出電壓的波形。諧振電源是諧振式濾波電路，能改善輸出電壓的波形畸變，獲得很好的正弦波形，有效的防止了諧波峰值對(duì)試品的誤擊穿。

4、防止大的短路電流燒傷故障點(diǎn)。在串聯(lián)諧振狀態(tài)，當(dāng)試品的絕緣弱點(diǎn)被擊穿時(shí)，電路立即脫諧，回路電流迅速下降為正常試驗(yàn)電流的1/Q。而并聯(lián)諧振或者試驗(yàn)變壓器方式做耐壓試驗(yàn)時(shí)，擊穿電流立即上升幾十倍，兩者相比，短路電流與擊穿電流相差數(shù)百倍。所以，串聯(lián)諧振能有效的找到絕緣弱點(diǎn)，又不存在大的短路電流燒傷故障點(diǎn)的憂患。

5、不會(huì)出現(xiàn)任何恢復(fù)過電壓。試品發(fā)生擊穿時(shí)，因失去諧振條件，高電壓也立即消失，電弧即刻熄滅，且恢復(fù)電壓的再建立過程很長，很容易在再次達(dá)到閃絡(luò)電壓前斷開電源，這種電壓的恢復(fù)過程是一種能量積累的間歇振蕩過程，其過程長，且不會(huì)出現(xiàn)任何恢復(fù)過電壓。

The Characteristics of theproducts

1,Reduce the power capacity greatly. Theseries resonant power supply utilizing the resonant reactor and thesample capacitor resonant generate high voltage and high current.In the whole system , the power system only provide the part of theactive consumption, therefore, the needed power is  1 / Q ofthe testing capacity.

2,Reducing the weight and volumegreatly. In the series resonant powersupply , not only to eliminate bulky power regulator, powerinstruments and other common frequency test transformer andresonant excitation power simply test the capacity of 1 / Q, makingthe system significantly reduces the weight and volume , usuallycommon test instrument 1/10-1/30 .

3,To improve the output voltagewaveform. Resonant power supply is a resonant filter circuit , canimprove the output voltage waveform distortion, get a good sinewave , effectively prevent the harmonic peak error for the testproduct breakdown .

4,To prevent large short-circuit currentfault burns. In the series-resonant state, when the test insulationbreakdown weaknesses , the circuit is immediately off the harmonic, the loop current is rapidly decreased to normal test current of 1/ Q. The parallel resonant transformer test or way of doingpressure test , the breakdown current immediately increased severaltimes, both compared to short-circuit current and the breakdowncurrent difference between the number of times. Therefore, theseries resonance can effectively find insulation weaknesses,without the presence of large short-circuit current suffering burnsthe point of failure .

5,There will be no recoveryover voltage. Sample breakdownoccurs when the loss of resonance conditions , the high voltage isalso disappear immediately , instantly extinguish the arc , and therecovery voltage re- building process is very long, it is easy toreach flash over voltage againbefore disconnecting the power , this voltage is restored processis an intermittent oscillation energy accumulation process , theprocess is long .
