 長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，運(yùn)作中大型變壓器的故障檢測(cè)及定位始終是電氣工程師們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。“七五”重點(diǎn)科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目“大型變壓器局部放電超聲定位方法及裝置的研究“課題中研制的NAJF-03系統(tǒng)為解決這一問(wèn)題提供了有效手段。

    NAJF-03系統(tǒng)先后在葛州壩500kV開(kāi)關(guān)站、武漢鳳凰山500kV變電站、上海變壓器廠、合肥變壓器廠、衡陽(yáng)變壓器廠、廣州供電局、武漢供電局、湖南電力局、重慶變壓器廠、武鋼等處對(duì)數(shù)百臺(tái)變壓器，電抗器進(jìn)行局部放電超聲測(cè)量。該系統(tǒng)工作可靠、操作方便，滿(mǎn)足測(cè)量要求。作為電力部“八五”重點(diǎn)推廣項(xiàng)目之一，目前該電裝置已廣泛應(yīng)用于東北、華中、華東、華北和西北等有關(guān)單位的電力測(cè)試研究及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)量。

    NAJF-03超聲定位系統(tǒng)集高性能計(jì)算機(jī)、高靈敏度局放聲測(cè)探頭、程控放大濾波、高速A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器、瞬態(tài)波形記錄、信號(hào)分析、故障定位計(jì)算機(jī)軟件于一體，適用于大型變壓器和充油高電壓電器設(shè)備以及GIS和其他電力運(yùn)行設(shè)備中局部放電超聲信號(hào)的采集、測(cè)量、分析和定位以及在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)。

    NAJF-03超聲定位系統(tǒng)對(duì)通常產(chǎn)生的變壓器圍屏、引線(xiàn)、金屬件及高壓線(xiàn)圈表面的放電能迅速判明故障位置。定位誤差小于250mm，整套測(cè)量系統(tǒng)能檢測(cè)出小于1000pC局部放電量的超聲信號(hào)。

    功能與特點(diǎn)：

1、基于Windows平臺(tái)下的軟件，使局部放電超聲波探測(cè)的操作、分析更簡(jiǎn)捷。

2、超聲波傳感器具有低噪聲、高靈敏度和抗干擾性能，使信號(hào)的獲取更可靠。

3、具有局部放電超聲波信號(hào)的電-聲定位和聲-聲定位功能，使現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)量更靈活。

4、任意選擇超聲波信號(hào)的球面定位計(jì)算或雙曲面定位計(jì)算，使定位結(jié)果更。

5、用立體幾何圖形展現(xiàn)超聲波探頭和定位點(diǎn)的坐標(biāo)位置。

6、方便建立測(cè)量和定位的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，便于進(jìn)一步分析和管理。

7、本儀器還可以作為局部放電在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)儀使用，可監(jiān)測(cè)電力設(shè)備的局放產(chǎn)生和發(fā)生發(fā)展。

The failure testing and positioning of operating the medium andlarge sized transformers have always been the points thatelectrical engineers focus for a long time. The NAJF-03 system,manufactured in the large-sized transformer local dischargeultrasonic position method and e research subject which isone of the national key scientific and technological project hasprovided an effective solution.

The NAJF-03 system has carried the ultrasonic measurement to thelocal discharge of the hundreds of transformers and reactor inGezhou Dam 500kV switch station, Wuhan Phoenix Mountain 500kVtransformer substation, Shanghai transformer factory, Hefeitransformer factory, Hengyang transformer factory, Guangzhou powersupply bureau, Hunan electricity generating board, Chong factory and Wuhan steel. This system has the advantageof operation reliable and easy to operate. It can meet the needs ofmeasurement. As one of the key items of the of eight-five project,this electrical device has been widely used for the spot test andresearch in the related unit in the north, east, central andnorthwest parts of China.

The NAJF-03 ultrasonic positioning system which is including thehigh performance computer, high-sensitivity local discharge soundprobe, programmed amplified filter, high-speed A/D transducer,transient waveform recording, signal analysis and fault locationsoftware is applied for ac, measuring, analyzing,positioning and spot observing the local discharge ultrasonicsignal in the large-sized transformer, oil-immersed high voltageelectrical apparatus and the GIS electrical operatione.

The NAJF-03 ultrasonic positioning system can position the faultand the error is less than 250mm. The whole measuring system canfind out the local discharge ultrasonic signal which is less than1000pC.

Functions and characteristics:

(1) Making the detecting operation of local discharge ultrasonicmore convenient and the analyzing more simple under the platform ofthe windows.

(2) Making the signal acquired more reliably for the ultrasonicsensor has the performance of low noise, high-sensitivity andanti-jamming.

(3) Making the spot testing more flexible with the local dischargeultrasonic signal electrical-acoustical position andacoustical-acoustical position functions

(4) Making the result of the position more precisely by choosingfreely the spherical position calculation and the hyperboloidposition calculation of the ultrasonic signal.

(5) Showing the position coordinates by ultrasonic probe and thelocating point by solid geometric drawing.

(6) Convenient for building the measuring and positioning databasefor further analyzing and managing.

(7) Be the local discharge on-line detecting instrument which isuseful for detecting the local generating anddeveloping.
