2. specialkeyarrangement:

vol key:

at onhook state, press the key enter to ring volume

selectmenu, press up or down key to select; at off hook state,

it is hfvolume select key;(there are 4 grades ring volumes and

2 hfvolumes for select in circle, default is high ); atincoming

checkstate, it is for vip setting.

mx key:

one-keymemory, at on hook state, press the key will

dial outthe stored numbers.

memo key:

at on oroff hook state, press the key to view the stored

numbers,then press the digit key to dial out the numbers; atpre-dial

state,press the key to input numbers or view the storednumbers,

pressthe key for 2 seconds enter to store the numbers state,then

pressthe digit key to choose the store position.

flash/set key:

at onhook state, press the key enter setting

function; at off hook state, press the key does flashfunction;

auto-rd/back/+0 back key:

at onhook pre-dial state and incoming

oroutgoing check state, press the key is auto-rd function; at offhook

state,it is redial the former dialed numbers; press the key forawhile

it willadd “0” and do the back call function;

del/no ip key:

atpre-dial state、incoming or outgoingcheck state and

calculate state, it does the del function; at incoming oroutgoing check

statepress the key for 2 seconds will delete all the storednumbers;

at offhook before pre-dial, it doesn’t add ex-code and do theauto

ipfunction.

*、0、# special application:

atsetting state and function option state, press * key is same tothe

down keyand the # key is same to the up key; at on hook state,

press *key for 3 seconds enter to outgoing check state; press #key

for 3seconds enter to incoming call check state; at checkstate,

press 0to change the check mode; at off hook state, it does thedigit

function(at pulse dial mode, the first time to press * is tochange to

tonedial mode).

4. function instruction

4.1 menu function setting

at offhook state, press set key to enter the setting state, lcddisplays

set12345678, press the digit key or up/down key to choose thesetting

function, and lcd displays the corresponding setting option,after

finishsetting, press del key to the upper menu and digit orup/down

tochoose the next setting option.(if use the up/down key to thesetting

option,you should enter the sub-menu first and then press theup/down

key tochoose the setting option, do as follows: press set keyand

thenpress the up/down key. here we just introduce to use thedigit

key tochoose the setting option). here is the detail step:

4.1.1date/timesetting：

pressset key and choose 1, lcd displays 1—date、2—cl. choose 1enter

todatesetting, the digit

willflash, input the digit directly then press set key to confirm;after

finishdate setting, lcd will change the weekday automatically. choose2

enter totime setting, it is the same to the date setting. press hf keyto

exit thesetting state.

4.1.2ring select and volumeadjust：

pressset key and choose 2, lcd displays r 1t 2vip 3vol, choose 1 enterto

thenormal ring select,lcd displays ring type 01, then pressup/down

key toselect the ring sound, press set key to confirm, press del keyto

theupper menu; choose 2 enter to vip ring select, lcd displays ringvip 01,

the setmethod is same to the normal ring select; choose 3 enter toring

volumeadjust setting, lcd displays ring vol 04, press up/down keyto

select,press hf key to exit.

4.1.3alarmsetting：

pressset key and choose 3, lcd displays al 1-2-3, choose 1 enter to thefirst

groupalarm setting,lcddisplays alaroff, the off flashes, then inputthe

alarmtime and press set key toconfirm,when to close the alarm, pressthe

set keyand the group of the alarm and then press up/down key tochoose

the off;the other two group setting are same to the first one; thefirst

onealarms only one time,the other two alarm everyday, press any keywill

stopalarm during alarming.

4.1.4no-disturb timesetting：

pressset key and choose 4, lcd displays off_r 00－00, input digittime(00－

99)whenflashes, press set key to confirm. when no-disturb functionset,

lcddisplays the no disturb time and count down to 00-00 then it willauto

exit theno-disturb state. pick up or hand free also can exit theno-disturb

state.it doesn’t ring during the no-disturb state.(vip isallow.)

4.1.5 special function choosesetting：

pressset key and choose 5, lcd displays 1-f 2-pt 3-d, choose 1 enterto

flashtime setting, lcd displays flash 600 and flashes, press up/downkey

tochoose the time. there are 90，95，100，120，180，300，600，1000ms

forselectable; choose 2 enter to p—t exchange, lcd displays pt tone,press

up/dwonkey to choose the dial mode, the init value is tone dialmode;

choose 3enter guard against theft setting, lcd displays defend off,press

up/downkey to choose on/off state.(the passwords are#).

4.1.6local area code and ex-codesetting：

pressset key and choose 6, lcd displays 1－loc 2-ol,choose1enterto

localarea code setting, lcd displays loc。。。。。。, input the digits1~8

forselectable, then press set key to confirm, press del key todelete

theinput numbers, also press set key to confirm. choose 2 enterto

ex-codesetting, lcd displays out off, the setting method is same tothe

localarea code setting. press up/down key to choose off to deletethe

ex-code.

4.1.7 lcd light adjust：

pressset key and choose 7, lcd displays lcd con 4, press up/downkey

toadjust light grade, default is the 4th grade, there are 5 gradesfor

selectable.

4.1.8ip functionsetting：

pressset key and choose 8, lcd displays 1-au 2-3-ip, choose 1 enterto

auto ipsetting, lcd displays au ip off, press up/down key tochoose

the ipnumbers, ip1, ip2，,,17951,

17991,068, 96300, 96333, ，197，off forselectable,

defaultis off. (ip1,ip2 are manual ip setting mode); choose 2enter

manualip1 setting, lcd displays null, input the numbers directlyand

pressset key to confirm, lcd displays ip1 code means it issuccessfully

storedthe numbers.choose 3 enter to manual ip2 setting, it is thesame

to themanual ip1 setting.

4.2 on hook function operate

4.2.1back dial：

atpre-dial or incoming call check or outgoings check state, pressthe

back keywill dial out the selected numbers; press back key for 3

secondswill add “0” before the dial numbers.

4.2.2incoming callcheck：

at onhook or off hook state, press up/down key can view theincoming

callinformation; press # key

for 3seconds will enter to the incoming call check state fast at onhook

state.

4.2.3outgoingcheck：

at onhook or off hook state, press checkexchange key enter to

outgoingcheck state, press up/down key can view the outgoing

information; press * key for 3 seconds will enter to theoutgoing

checkstate fast at on hook state.

4.2.4on hookpre-dial：

at onhook state, input the outgoing numbers, use del key todelete

thewrong dialed number, pick up

or pressback key will dial out the numbers when finish inputtingthe

dialnumbers (at hand free

state,it will auto-rd when the line is busy), press back key for3

secondswill auto add “0” then back all.

4.2.5delfunction：

at inputdigit state, use del key to delete the wrong inputnumber;

atincoming call check or outgoing

checkstate, use del key can delete the information, press delkey

for 3seconds can delete all the information.

4.2.6vip memory：

pressup/down key to get the incoming call information, pressvol

key willstore the numbers to vip or cancel it.

4.2.7one-keymemory：

atpre-dial state, input the digits or at check state, get theneeded

numbers,then press mx key (xfrom 1~27) for 3 seconds will storethe

numbersto the mx memory and lcd displays save means

it issuccessfully stored; at on hook state, press mx key will dialout

thestored numbers directly(m12~m27 need outside eeprom more

than24c08).

4.2.8two-keymemory：

atpre-dial state, input the digits or at check state, get theneeded

numbers,then press memo key for 3 seconds, lcd displayssave－

and thecursor “－” flashes meantime,input the digit 0~9, 2seconds

later itwill return to the main state then it stores successfully;when

to getthe number, press the memo key and lcd displaysload－,

the“－” flashes, then inputthe digit 0~9 will get the needed numbers.

4.3 off hook function operate

4.3.2auto_rd：

at handfree state, after dial out and the line is busy, thenpress

auto-rdkey enter auto

redialback state, it will ring back when get through.

4.3.3auto ip：

usesetting option 8 to set auto ip numbers，at on hook or offhook

state orback dial state, it will dial auto add ip numbers beforethe

dialnumbers when the first dial number is “0”, if it want to add“0”

to dialback , it also will add the ip numbers first.

4.3.4no ipfunction：

at autoip is open state, when pick up press del key before dialout,

it won’tadd ip and dial out directly; if set ex-code, press delkey

beforedial out it also will filtrate the ex-code and dial outdirectly.
