目前，需要頒發(fā)使領(lǐng)館證書的國家和地區(qū)主要分布在南美、中東、非洲等國家和地區(qū)，其他一些歐美國家也加入了行列，主要包括阿根廷、阿聯(lián)酋、秘魯，巴西、科威特、哥倫比亞、厄瓜多爾、阿曼、伊朗、泰國、菲律賓、伊拉克、約旦、土耳其、印度、俄羅斯、埃及、墨西哥、沙特阿拉伯、卡塔爾、玻利維亞、希臘、波蘭、利比亞、丹麥、西班牙、敘利亞、巴基斯坦、緬甸、智利、委內(nèi)瑞拉等。

我國內(nèi)地文書送國外使用，辦-理領(lǐng)事認(rèn)證對文書有何要求？

　　答：根據(jù)司法部有關(guān)規(guī)定，涉外公證/書只能由涉外公證處出具，在證詞、格式、用紙等方面都有專門規(guī)定，而且必須有譯文。普通公證/書不能辦-理領(lǐng)事認(rèn)證，不能送往國外使用。此外，對申請辦-理領(lǐng)事認(rèn)證的涉外公證/書和商業(yè)文書，不同的文書使用國駐華使領(lǐng)館在審核時有不同的要求。外交部領(lǐng)事司會及時將所掌握的外國使領(lǐng)館的新要求通報有關(guān)文書出證主管機(jī)*關(guān)，提醒其在出具文書時考慮文書使用國的相關(guān)要求。因此，當(dāng)事人在向有關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)申請出具文書時，應(yīng)該明確告知文書擬送往使用的國家、使用目的及其他相關(guān)信息，以便相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)準(zhǔn)確出。
