PP成型性能

 ⒈結(jié)晶料，吸濕性小，易發(fā)生融體破裂，長(zhǎng)期與熱金屬接觸易分解. 　　

⒉流動(dòng)性好，但收縮范圍及收縮值大，易發(fā)生縮孔.凹痕，變形.

⒊冷卻速度快，澆注系統(tǒng)及冷卻系統(tǒng)應(yīng)緩慢散熱，并注意控制成型溫度.料溫低方向方向性明顯.低溫高壓時(shí)尤其明顯，模具溫度低于50度時(shí)，塑件不光滑，易產(chǎn)生熔接不良，留痕，90度以上易發(fā)生翹曲變形

 ⒋塑料壁厚須均勻，避免缺膠，尖角，以防應(yīng)力集中特定條件下容易分解。常見(jiàn)制品：盆、桶、家具、薄膜、編織袋、瓶蓋、汽車保險(xiǎn)杠等?！?/p>

PP has highcrystallinity and regular structure, therefore, it has excellentmechanical properties, its strength and hardness, elasticity arehigher than Dhpe, but at room temperature and low temperature,because of its high molecular structure, so the impact strength ispoor, when the molecular weight increases, the impact strength alsoincreases, but the processing performance becomes worse,polypropylene also has excellent bending fatigue resistance, itsproducts can be bent 106 times at room temperature withoutdamage.
