本生產線適用于電動工具電機轉子的自動加工。生產線由換向器壓入機、繞線機、點焊機、檢測機等設備組成，并由皮帶輸送線將上述機器連接，組成全工藝流程的轉子生產線，實現(xiàn)轉子由帶軸鐵芯到成品的自動化加工。從操作位置放入工件，各設備按設定的程序進行加工，完成后工件回到操作位置取出。各臺設備具有單獨的操作、顯示、聲光報警等功能。
