鐵路混凝土軌枕、橋枕的道釘，大多采用硫磺錨固劑錨固。硫磺錨固道釘要熬制硫磺，對(duì)環(huán)境造成污染，施工也較麻煩；混凝土局部受熱可能產(chǎn)生裂縫，降低道釘使用壽命。td型道釘錨固劑是以無(wú)機(jī)混合料為原料的新型高強(qiáng)錨固材料，它具有快硬、高強(qiáng)、微膨脹、冷操作施工等特點(diǎn)。特別是省去加熱工序，對(duì)環(huán)境無(wú)污染，避免了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工的火災(zāi)隱患。軌枕道釘錨固后，經(jīng)200萬(wàn)次疲勞試驗(yàn)效果良好。

4使用方法use

1.清除孔內(nèi)雜物、粉塵及污染物。

clearance hole debris, dust and contaminants
2.在錨固孔底用木塞、粘土等堵嚴(yán)，防止漏漿。道釘?shù)腻^固深度不得小于150mm。

in the end of anchoring holes with cork, clay, etc. block strict,to prevent slurry leakage. spike anchoring depth of not less than150mm.
3.清除道釘表面的鐵銹、油污。

4.將錨固劑倒入攪拌鍋內(nèi)，稱取錨固劑重量13～14%的水，與錨固劑一起拌合2～3分鐘。

will be anchoring agent into the mixing pot and said anchoringagent to take the weight of 13 ~ 14% of the water, mixing togetherwith the anchoring agent 2 ~ 3 minutes.
5.將拌合均勻的錨固劑，灌注入道釘予留孔中，用搗固捧搗實(shí)。

6.將道釘從灌注孔上部旋轉(zhuǎn)壓入灌滿錨固劑的孔正中，套入道釘定位板，用另一根道釘輕輕敲擊道釘頭部，使錨固劑振動(dòng)密實(shí)。

5　注意事項(xiàng)notes
1.td型道釘錨固劑可在低溫或負(fù)溫條件下使用，但由于氣溫較低，硬化時(shí)間加長(zhǎng)。

td-type low-temperature spike anchoring agent can be used under ornegative temperature conditions, but because of the lowertemperatures, curing time longer.
2.當(dāng)在絕緣要求較高的線路上使用時(shí)，需經(jīng)有關(guān)部門認(rèn)可。建議使用絕緣套管或在道釘上涂抹絕緣膠。

when the insulated lines re high use should be subject toapproval by relevant departments. recommend the use of insulatingsleeve or insulating plastic spike on the smear.
3.td型道釘錨固劑應(yīng)防止受潮，受潮的錨固劑不得使用。其有效期為一年。

td-type spike anchoring agent should prevent the damp, wetanchoring agent shall not be used. is valid for one year.
