目前的振動樁錘可以分為兩大類。一類采用回轉(zhuǎn)式激振動器，也是通過偏心軸(重心與回轉(zhuǎn)中心不重合的軸或帶有偏心塊的軸)的旋轉(zhuǎn)運動來產(chǎn)生振動；另一類采用往復(fù)式激振器，通常是液壓油驅(qū)動活塞在缸體內(nèi)往復(fù)運動而產(chǎn)生振動。采用回轉(zhuǎn)式激振動器的，如果激振器的驅(qū)動裝置為電動機，則是電動式振動樁錘;如果激振器的驅(qū)動裝置為液壓馬達(dá)，則是液壓式振動樁錘。這種液壓式振動樁錘在我國應(yīng)用量越來越大，其中既有進口的，也有國產(chǎn)的。采用回轉(zhuǎn)式激振動器的振動樁錘，可以數(shù)臺、數(shù)十臺聯(lián)結(jié)起來同步振動，以用于超大型預(yù)制樁施工。

使用振動錘時應(yīng)該要注意哪些事項 。工作人員在使用振動錘時，需要注意哪些安全事項呢？

What should be paid attention to whenusing a vibrating hammer？

 振動錘具有灌入力強、沉樁質(zhì)量好、堅固耐用、故障少、使用方便、電源適應(yīng)強、噪聲低等特點：

注意一、振動開始時，應(yīng)用電鈴或其它方式發(fā)出信號，通知周圍人員離開。      

1.       When start to vibrate, itwill use electric bell or other methods to transmit signal toinform people to leave.

注意二、振動打樁機配合射水、吸泥下沉?xí)r，應(yīng)與有關(guān)人員預(yù)先聯(lián)系，并在工作中互相關(guān)照。    

2.       When vibrating pilerig with water injection, suction mud sinking, the relatedpersonnel should be contacted first and take cared each other.

注意三、振動錘與樁帽，樁帽與管柱（或樁）平面要墊平，聯(lián)結(jié)螺栓應(yīng)擰緊，并應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查是否有松動。   

3.    Vibrating hammer and pile cover, pile coverand hollow tube pile surface need to even, and coupling bolt needto tighten and check whether loosen or not often.

注意四、振動錘的啟動應(yīng)由低速檔逐檔加快到高速。       

4.       The operation of vibratinghammer should gradually from low gear to high gear.

注意五、振動錘在工作中應(yīng)密切注視控制盤上電流、電壓的指示情況。若發(fā)現(xiàn)異響或其它異常情況，應(yīng)立即停機檢查。

5.          Vibratoryhammer should closely pay attention to the condition of current andvoltage on the control panel during operation. If find somethingunusual, should stop the machine and check immediately.

注意六、經(jīng)常檢查軸承溫度及軸承蓋螺釘是否有松動現(xiàn)象，要嚴(yán)格檢查偏心鐵塊聯(lián)結(jié)螺釘有無松動，防止發(fā)生事故。      

6.         Check whetherbearing temperature and bearing cap screw,  and strictly checkeccentric iron joint screw are loosen or not to preventaccidents.

注意七、接長管柱或樁及安裝樁帽時，工作人員必須佩戴安全帶。       

7.       Workers should wear safetybelt when jointing long string or installing pile hat.

注意八、振動下沉過程中，嚴(yán)禁進行機械的保養(yǎng)、維護工作。

8.       The maintenance of machinerymust be strictly inhabited during the vibratoryoperation.
