The earliest three-dimensional printing appeared in the 1980s.It was extremely expensive and the number of products that could beprinted was very small.

Process Principle: The printing process of each layer of 3Dprinting technology is divided into two steps. First, a speciallayer of glue is sprayed on the area that needs to be shaped. Theglue droplets are very small and difficult to diffuse. 

Then a uniform layer of powder is sprayed, and the powdersolidifies and bonds when it meets the glue, while the areawithout glue remains loose. In this way, the solid model will be"printed" in the alternation of one layer of glue and one layer ofpowder. After printing, the model can be "planed" by sweeping loosepowder, and the remaining powder can be recycled.

過程原理：3D打印技術每一層的打印過程分為兩步，首先在需要成型的區(qū)域噴灑一層特殊膠水，膠水液滴本身很小，且不易擴散。然后是噴灑一層均勻的粉末，粉末遇到膠水會迅速固化黏結，而沒有膠水的區(qū)域仍保持松散狀態(tài)。

這樣在一層膠水一層粉末的交替下，實體模型將會被“打印”成型，打印完畢后只要掃除松散的粉末即可“刨”出模型，而剩余粉末還可循環(huán)利用。
