　　1 銅鋅釬料

　　1.1 使用說明

　　邢臺市余光焊接材料有限公司的HL105、HL801等銅鋅釬料，浸潤性好、延伸率大、接頭剪切強度和抗拉強度高。適用于硬質(zhì)合金刀具和釬頭、釬具、截齒等的釬焊。釬焊產(chǎn)品使用壽命長，能承受大的沖擊載荷和疲勞載荷。

　　銅鋅釬料可采用浸漬釬焊、感應(yīng)釬焊、氣體火焰釬焊、爐中釬焊等工藝方法，釬焊前須對母材表面進行清除氧化膜、油脂、塵物處理，并充分預(yù)熱。

　　感應(yīng)釬焊時，釬料和釬劑要在裝配前安置好，切忌使釬料呈封閉環(huán)，防止釬料本身產(chǎn)生感應(yīng)電流而過早熔化產(chǎn)生虛焊、缺焊。

　　鹽浴浸沾釬焊應(yīng)定期對鹽浴液脫氧并予以調(diào)整成分。

　　1.1 Guideline

　　Cu-Zn brazewelding material HL105 and HL801 have good invasion property,extensibility property, shear strength property of joint andstrength of extension. They can be used for braze welding ofcemented carbide tools, drilling bits and bits. These bits can getlong working life, better impact load and fatigue load. 

　　Cu-Zn brazewelding materials can useues such as dip brazing, inductionbrazing, flame brazing and furnace brazing, the matrix should beclean up and pre-heating before welding. 

　　Braze weldingmaterials and brazing flux should in place before inductionbrazing, the braze welding materials must avoid closed hoop in caseof generate inductive current to cause problems. 

　　Salt-bathue should deoxidize the salt liquid and make ajustment forcomposition.

　　2銅磷釬料和銅銀磷釬料

　　2.1 使用說明

　　銅磷釬料和銅銀磷釬料適用于氣體火焰釬焊、感應(yīng)釬焊、爐內(nèi)釬焊、電阻釬焊和浸漬釬焊等工藝方法。

　　化學(xué)成分按GB/T6418-1993標準執(zhí)行，可供應(yīng)雙方協(xié)議認可的其它成分的釬料。
