Homogenizer is a device suitablefor homogenizing and emulsifying liquid materials with viscositybelow 0.2 Pa. s and temperature below 80 degreesCelsius.
The working principle is to sendthe processed material to the homogenization valve in ahigh-pressure form through the reciprocating motion of threeplungers, so that the material flows through the small gap betweenthe valve disc and the valve seat and is subjected to the combinedforces of turbulence, cavitation, shear, etc., processing theoriginally rough emulsion into a fine, uniform and stable liquid toliquid mixed emulsion or liquid to solid dispersion. The averagefineness of its emulsion is below 1um, and the average particlesize of its solid dispersion is below 2um. During the workingprocess, it integrates the functional principles of internal jet, ultrasonic homogenizer, chest grinder, ball mill, etc. Afterhigh-pressure homogenization, materials have many advantages, suchas high stability, reduced layering, improved storage ,accelerated reaction time, and saved additives.
Homogenizers are widely used inthe processing of products in industries such as dairy, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, textile, and biochemicalengineering. Natural health drinks that can reduce protein andplant fiber are prone to layering and sedimentation.
