-機(jī)器用途-

產(chǎn)品用途:適用于壓榨檸檬、菠蘿、蘋果、梨、桑棋、葡萄、桔子、橙子、西紅柿、生姜、芹菜、蘿卜等果蔬產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu):由前支座、進(jìn)料斗、螺旋、過濾網(wǎng)、盛汁器、后支座、出渣槽等零件組成，螺旋主軸左端支承于滾動(dòng)軸承座內(nèi)，右端支承于手輪軸承座中，電動(dòng)機(jī)通過一對(duì)三角皮帶輪驅(qū)動(dòng)螺旋進(jìn)行工作。

工作原理:本設(shè)備的主要構(gòu)件是螺旋，螺旋沿著料渣出口方向底徑逐漸加大而螺距逐漸減小，當(dāng)物料被螺旋推進(jìn)時(shí)，因螺旋腔體積的縮小，形成對(duì)物料的壓榨。螺旋主軸的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向從進(jìn)料斗向渣槽方向看去，為順針時(shí)方向。原料加入進(jìn)料斗中，在螺旋的推進(jìn)下受壓，其壓榨的汁液通過過濾網(wǎng)流入底部的盛汁器，而廢料則通過螺旋及調(diào)壓頭的錐形部分之間形成的空隙排出，調(diào)壓頭沿軸向的移動(dòng)可調(diào)整空隙的大小。用手順時(shí)針(從設(shè)備的出渣槽向進(jìn)料斗看)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)手輪軸承座時(shí)，調(diào)壓頭向左，空隙即縮小，反之則空隙變大。改變空隙的大小，即調(diào)整出渣的阻力，即可改變出汁率，但如果空隙過小，在強(qiáng)力擠壓下，部分渣的顆粒會(huì)和汁一起通過過濾網(wǎng)被擠出，盡管出汁增加，但汁的質(zhì)量相對(duì)下降，空隙的大小應(yīng)視用戶具體工藝要求而定。

Working principle: The maincomponent of this e is the spiral, which graduallyincreases the bottom diameter along the direction of the slagoutlet and decreases the pitch. When the material is pushed forwardby the spiral, the volume of the spiral cavity decreases, forming apressure on the material. The rotation direction of the spiralspindle is clockwise when viewed from the feeding hopper towardsthe slag groove. The raw materials are added to the feeding hopperand pressed under the push of the screw. The s juice flowsinto the bottom juice container through the filter screen, whilethe waste is discharged through the gap formed between the screwand the conical part of the pressure regulating head. The movementof the pressure regulating head along the axial direction canadjust the size of the gap. When transferring the handwheel bearingseat clockwise by hand (looking from the slag discharge groove ofthe e to the feeding hopper), the pressure regulating headshould be turned to the left, and the gap will be reduced.Otherwise, the gap will become larger. Changing the size of thegap, that is, adjusting the resistance of the residue, can changethe juice yield. However, if the gap is too small, under strongcompression, some of the residue particles will be s outtogether with the juice through the filter screen. Although thejuice yield increases, the of the juice will relativelydecrease. The size of the gap should depend on the specific processre of the user.
