【產(chǎn)品簡介】粒狀重過磷酸鈣（gtsp）是一種高濃度、水溶性的速效磷肥，其有效磷含量是普鈣（ssp）的2.5～3.0倍。該產(chǎn)品可作基肥、追肥、種肥和生產(chǎn)復(fù)混肥的原料；廣泛適用于水稻、小麥、玉米、高梁、棉花、瓜果、蔬菜等各種糧食作物和經(jīng)濟(jì)作物；廣泛適用于紅壤、黃壤、棕壤、黃潮土、黑土、褐土、紫色土、白漿土等各種土質(zhì)，尤其適合于我國華北、東北、西北等缺磷地區(qū)施用。

【產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝流程描述】企業(yè)采用傳統(tǒng)的化成法(den法)工藝進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。

磷礦粉（漿）與硫酸反應(yīng)，進(jìn)行液固分離，得到濕法稀磷酸。再經(jīng)過濃縮得到濃磷酸。濃磷酸與磷礦粉進(jìn)行混合（化成）反應(yīng)，反應(yīng)物料經(jīng)過堆置熟化、造粒、干燥、篩分、（必要時進(jìn)行防結(jié)塊包裹）、冷卻得到產(chǎn)品。
