【產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介】普通過磷酸鈣（ssp）是一種水溶性速效磷肥，其有效磷含量在16％以上。該產(chǎn)品可作基肥、追肥、種肥和生產(chǎn)復(fù)混肥的原料；廣泛適用于水稻、小麥、玉米、高梁、棉花、瓜果、蔬菜等各種糧食作物和經(jīng)濟(jì)作物；廣泛適用于紅壤、黃壤、棕壤、黃潮土、黑土、褐土、紫色土、白漿土等各種土質(zhì)；尤其適合于我國(guó)華北、東北、西北等缺磷地區(qū)施用。
【brief introduction】
sspisa water soluble phosphate fertilizer which can take speedy effect, containing more than 16% available phosphorus. this product can be used as basal fertilizer, top dressing, seed fertilizer and raw materials of producing compound fertilizers; it is very helpful to the growth of rice, wheat, corn, sorghum, cotton, fruits, vegetables and other food crops and economic crops; it can be widely used in soils with different , like red soil, yellow soil, brown soil,uic soil, black soil, cinnamon soil, purple soil, albic soil; especiallysoilin the north, the northeast, the northwest of china and other areas where soil is lack of phosphorus.
【生產(chǎn)工藝流程描述】企業(yè)采用傳統(tǒng)的化成法工藝進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。硫酸與磷礦粉進(jìn)行混合（化成）反應(yīng)，反應(yīng)物料：（1）經(jīng)過堆置熟化得到粉狀產(chǎn)品；（2）經(jīng)過造粒、干燥、篩分、冷卻等工序制得粒狀產(chǎn)品。
【production process】
we adopt the traditional chemical method (den) to conduct the production process. after mixing the sulfuric acid and the phosphate rock powder, reaction materials are made: (1) stack up for ripening and get the powder product; (2) granulate, dry, sieve, cool the powder product, and get the granular product.
