使用說明

（一）顎式破碎機起動前的準備工作 　　

1、應(yīng)仔細檢查軸承的潤滑情況是否良好，軸承內(nèi)肘板連接處是否有足夠的潤滑脂。

2、應(yīng)仔細檢查所有的緊固件是否完全緊固。

3、防護裝置是否良好，發(fā)現(xiàn)不安全現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)立即消除之。

4、檢查破碎腔內(nèi)有無礦石或其他雜物，如有則應(yīng)立即消除。

（二）顎式破碎機的起動

1、經(jīng)檢查、證明機器與傳動部分情況正常，始可起動。

2、本機只能在無負荷情況下起動。

3、起動后，若發(fā)現(xiàn)有不正常的情況時，應(yīng)立即停車，待查明原因排除隱患，方可再次起動。

（三）顎式破碎機的維護和使用

1、破碎機正常運轉(zhuǎn)后，方可投料。

2、待破碎材料應(yīng)均勻地加入破碎腔內(nèi)，并應(yīng)避免側(cè)面加料，防止負荷突變或單邊突增。

3、在正常工作情況下，軸承的溫升不應(yīng)超過35℃，很高溫度不得超過70℃，否則應(yīng)立即停車，查明原因加以消除。

4、停車前，應(yīng)先停止加料，待破碎腔內(nèi)被破碎物料完全排空后，方可關(guān)閉電機。

（四）顎式破碎機的潤滑

1、經(jīng)常注意及時做好磨擦面的潤滑工作，可保證機器的正常運轉(zhuǎn)和延長使用壽命。

2、本機采用的潤滑脂，應(yīng)根據(jù)使用地點、氣溫等條件來決定，一般可采用鈣基、鈉基或鈣鈉基潤滑脂。

3、加入軸承座的潤滑脂為其容積的50－70%，每三個月必須更換一次；換新油時必須用干凈的汽油或油清洗軸承與軸承座內(nèi)污物。

4、肘板與肘板墊接觸處在機器開動前，必須加入潤滑脂。

顎式破碎機的維修規(guī)則和保養(yǎng)

顎式破碎機的維修，無論什么機器維修保養(yǎng)都是很重要的。

1. 顎式破碎機潤滑　　

（1）經(jīng)常注意并及時做好摩擦面得潤滑工作，可確保機器的正常運轉(zhuǎn)和延長其使用壽命。

（2）顎式破碎機所采用潤滑脂應(yīng)根據(jù)使用的地點、氣溫條件下而定，一般情況下采用鈣基、鈉基和鈣那基潤滑脂。

（3）加入軸承座內(nèi)的潤滑脂為其空間容積的50%左右、每3~6個月更換一次。換油時應(yīng)用潔凈的汽油或油清洗滾柱軸承的滾道。

（4）顎式破碎機開動前，推力板與推力板支座之間應(yīng)注入適量的潤滑脂。

2. 顎式破碎機維修　　

為保證顎式破碎機的正常工作，處正確操作外，必須進行計劃性維修，其中包括日常維護檢查，小修、中修和大修。

（1） 小修主要內(nèi)容包括檢查并修復(fù)調(diào)整裝置，調(diào)整排料口間隙，對磨損的襯板調(diào)頭或更換。檢查傳動部分、潤滑系統(tǒng)及時跟換潤滑油等。小修的周期為1~3個月左右。

（2） 中修處進行小修的工作外，還包括更換推力板、襯板、檢查并修復(fù)軸瓦等。中修的周期一般為1~2年左右。

（3） 大修處進行中修的工作外，還包括和更換車削偏心軸和鄂心軸，澆鑄連桿頭上部的巴氏合金，更換或修復(fù)個磨損件。大修的周期一般為5年左右。

3.在顎破的日常工作中要做到定期檢查機器，在開關(guān)機的時候，要注意定期關(guān)顎破機，看看機器內(nèi)部是不是磨損了，主要關(guān)注的有中心入料管、錐帽、葉輪上、下流道襯板、圓周護板、耐磨塊是否磨損以及磨損程度，要做到及時更換磨損較嚴重的部件，更換時一定要注意該部件的尺寸與型；要定期檢查顎式破碎機傳動帶，傳動帶是一個重要的部分，它能帶動機器，在檢查傳送帶時應(yīng)該注意什么問題呢？傳送帶是否過松或者過緊、受力時候均勻等問題。[1]

操作方法

1.顎式空載試車　　

（1）顎式破碎機連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)2小時，軸承溫升不得超過30℃。

（2）所有緊固件應(yīng)牢固，無松動現(xiàn)象。

（3）飛輪、槽輪運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。

（4）所有摩擦部件無擦傷、掉屑和研磨現(xiàn)象，無不正常的響聲。

（5）排料口的調(diào)整裝置應(yīng)能保證排料口的調(diào)整范圍。

2. 顎式有載試車　　

（1）顎式破碎機不得有周期性或顯著的沖擊、撞擊聲。

（2） 很大給料粒度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定。

（3）連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)8h，軸承溫升不得超過30℃。

3.顎式破碎機使用前的準備工作　　

（1）仔細檢查軸承的潤滑情況是否良好，推力板的連接處是否有足夠潤滑脂。

（2）仔細檢查所有緊固件是否緊固。

（3）仔細檢查傳動帶是否良好。若發(fā)現(xiàn)有破損現(xiàn)象時，應(yīng)及時更換，當傳動帶或帶輪上有油污時，應(yīng)用抹布將油污擦凈。

（4）檢查防護裝置是否良好，發(fā)現(xiàn)有不安全現(xiàn)象時，應(yīng)及時排除。

（5）檢查破碎腔內(nèi)有無礦石或雜物，若有礦石或雜物時，則必須清理干凈，以確保破碎機空腔起動。

（6）檢查起頂螺栓是否退回，墊片組是否壓緊，T型螺栓是否擰緊。破碎機司機必須經(jīng)過指導(dǎo)，達到“三懂”（懂結(jié)構(gòu)、懂性能、懂原理）、“四會”（會使用、會維護、會保養(yǎng)、會處理故障），經(jīng)指導(dǎo)考試合格，取得合格證后，方準上崗操作。

第2條與工作面刮板輸送司機、運輸巷帶式輸送機司機密切配合，統(tǒng)一信號聯(lián)系，按順序開、停開有大塊煤、矸在破碎機的進料口堆積外溢時，應(yīng)停止工和面刮板輸送機運轉(zhuǎn)若大塊煤，矸不能進入破轉(zhuǎn)機或有金屬物件時，必須停機處理。

操作提示

1、根據(jù)使用情況，碎石軋料槽上面應(yīng)設(shè)保護罩，防止碎石由軋料槽內(nèi)崩出傷人。

2、開機前，要去掉破碎機內(nèi)及周圍的雜物，必須檢查各潤滑部位，并用手搬動數(shù)圈，各部機構(gòu)靈活才允許開機。

3、破碎機工作時，嚴禁用手從腭板間取出石塊，如有故障應(yīng)用撬棍、鐵鉤等工具處理。

4、若因破碎腔內(nèi)物料阻塞而造成停車，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉電動機，待物料去掉干凈后，再行起動。

5、調(diào)節(jié)排料口時，應(yīng)先松開擰緊彈簧，待調(diào)整好后，再適當調(diào)整彈簧的張緊程度并擰緊螺栓，以防襯板在工作時脫落。

6、破碎機工作時，要防止石塊嵌入張力彈簧中，而影響彈簧強度。

Operating Instructions

(I) Preparations Before Starting the JawCer

1. Carefully check the lubrication conditionof the bearings to ensure there is sufficient grease at thtionbetween the bearing and the toggle plate.

2. Carefully check that all fasteners arefully tightened.

3. Ensure that protective devices are in goodcondition; if any unsafe cons are found, they must be immediatelyeliminated.

4. Check if there are any ores or otherdebris in the cing chamber; if so, they must be immediatelyremoved.

(Starting the Jaw Cer

1. The machine may only be started afterinspection confirms that the machine and transmission parts are innormal condition.

2. This machine can only be started udconditions.

3. After starting, if any abnormal conditionsare found, stop the machine immediately. Restart only after thecause is identified and the hazard is eliminated.

(III) Maind Operation of the JawCer

1. Feeding can only begin after the cer isrunning normally.

2. The material to be ced should be addeduniformly into the cing chambvoiding side feeding to prevent suddenload changes or unilateral load surges.

3. Under normal working conditions, thetemperature rise of the bearings should not exceed35℃, and temperature should not exceed70℃; otherwise, stop the machine immediately toidentify the cause and eliminate the issue.

4. Before stopping, feeding must be stoppedfirstit until the material in the cing chamber is completelydischarged before shutting off the motor.

(IV) Lubrication of the JawCer

1. Pay constant attention to and ensuretimelybrication of the friction surfaces to guarantee normaloperation and extend service life.

2. The lubricating grease used should bedetermined based on the usage location and temperature conditions;generally, clcium-based, sodium-based, or calcium-sodium-basedgreases can be used.

3. The grease added to the bearing housingshould be 50-70% of volume, and it must be replaced every threemonths. When changing the oil, clean the dirt from the bearings andbearing housing with clean gasoline or kerosene.

4. Lubric grease must be added to the contactarea between the toggle plate and the toggle plate pad beforestarting the machine.

Maintenance Rules and Maintenance of JawCers

Maintenance of jaw cers is crucial, asmaintenance and upkeep are important fornymachine.

1. Lubrication of Jaw Cers

(1) Regular attention to and timelylubrication of friction surfaces can ensure the normal operation ofthe machine and extend its sevice life.

(2) The grease used for jaw cers should bedetermined based on the location and temperature conditions;generally, calcium-based, sodium-based, and calcium-sodium-basedgreas are used.

(3) The grease added to the bearing housingshould be about 50% of its space volume, and it should be replacedevery 3 to 6 hen changing the oil, the raceways of the rollerbearings should be cleaned with clean gasoline orkerosene.

(4) Before starting the jaw cer, anappropriate amount of gse should be injected between the thrustplate and the thrust plate support.

2. Repair of Jaw Cers

To ensure the normal operation of the jawcer, in addition to correct operation, plannedtenance must becarried out, which includes daily maintenance inspections, minorrepairs, medium repairs, and major repairs.

(1) Minor Repairs: Main contents includechecking and repairing adjustms, adjusting the discharge openinggap, and reversing or replacing worn liners. Checking thetransmission parts and lubrication system, and timely replacinglubricating oil, etc. The cycle for mr repairs is about 1 to 3months.

(2) Medium Repairs: In addition to the workof minor repairs, this includes replacing thrust plates and liners,and checking aring bearing shells, etc. The cycle for mediumrepairs is generally about 1 to 2 years.

(3) Major Repairs: In addition to the work ofmedium rhis includes turning eccentric shafts and toggle shafts,casting Babbitt metal on the upper part of the connecting rod head,and replacing or repairing various worn parts. The cycajor repairsis generally about 5 years.

3. In the daily operation of the jaw cer,regular machine inspections must be conducted. When starting orshutting down the machine, pay  to checking the inside of thecer to see if there is any wear. The main points of focus includethe center feed pipe, cone cap, upper and lower flow channellinerthe impeller, circular guard plate, and wear blocks, checkingwhether they are worn and the degree of wear. Severely worn partsmust be replaced in a timely manner, and attenmust be paid to thesize and type of the parts when replacing them. The drive belt ofthe jaw cer must be checked regularly; the drive belt is animportant part that drives achine. What issues should be noted whenchecking the drive belt? 1. Jaw Cer No-load Test Run

(1) The jaw cer shall run continuously for 2hours, and the tempture rise of the bearings shall not exceed30℃.

(2) All fasteners shall be secure with noloosening.

(3) The flywheel and pulley shall nsmoothly.

(4) All friction parts shall be free fromscoring, flaking, and grinding, and there shall be no abnormalnoise.

(5) The discharge opening adjustment device lensure the adjustment range of the dischargeopening.

2. Jaw Cer Loaded Test Run

(1) The jaw cer shall not produce periodic orsignificant impact or collision sou The maximum feed size shallcomply with design specifications.

(3) Continuous operation for 8 hours, and thetemperature rise of the bearings shall not exceed.

3. Preparations Before Using the JawCer

(1) Carefully check whether the lubricationof the bearings is good and whether there is sufficient grease atthe thrust plate conection.

(2) Carefully check whether all fasteners aretightened.

(3) Carefully check the condition of thedrive belt. If damage is found, it should be replaced immediate Ifthere is oil contamination on the belt or pulley, it should bewiped clean with a cloth.

(4) Check whether the protective devices arein good condition. If any unsafe cons are found, they must beeliminated immediately.

(5) Check whether there are any ores ordebris in the cing chamber. If there are ores or debris, they mustbe clut to ensure the cer starts with an emptychamber.

(6) Check whether the jacking bolts areretracted, the gasket pack is compressed, and the T-bolts aetightened. The cer operator must be trained to achieve the "ThreeUnderstands" (understand structure, performance, and principle) and"Four Can-Dos" (can ue, maintain, service, and troubleshoot), andobtain a certificate after passing the training and examinationbefore being allowed to operate.

5. When adjusting the discharge opening,first loosen the tightening springs. After adjustment, readjust thespring tension and tighten the bolts to prevent the liners fromfalling off during operation.

6. While the cer is operating, prevent stonesfrom lo the tension springs, as this may affect springstrength.
