NA8810智能放電監(jiān)測(cè)儀是專門針對(duì)蓄電池組進(jìn)行核對(duì)性放電實(shí)驗(yàn)、容量測(cè)試、電池組日常維護(hù)、工程驗(yàn)收以及其它直流電源帶載能力的測(cè)試而設(shè)計(jì)。

1、NA8810智能放電監(jiān)測(cè)儀采用PTC陶瓷電阻，安全性好，發(fā)生故障時(shí)會(huì)自動(dòng)保護(hù)。

系統(tǒng)功能簡(jiǎn)介

1、 核對(duì)性放電實(shí)驗(yàn) 

1）可連續(xù)設(shè)定放電電流。按設(shè)定的放電電流恒流放電，監(jiān)測(cè)放電過程中電池組及單節(jié)電池電壓，測(cè)量單節(jié)電池及電池組的容量（核對(duì)性容量試驗(yàn)）。

2） 多種放電停止條件設(shè)定

    A．電池組總電壓　　　　B．單體電池電壓

    C．放電時(shí)間　　　　　　D．放電容量

3） 多種單體電池適應(yīng)：2V，4V，6V，12V（其它電壓可定制）

2、快速測(cè)試。短時(shí)（10-20分鐘）放電，快速測(cè)試單體電池內(nèi)阻及放電能力，快速判別電池性能。

3、停電時(shí)/實(shí)際負(fù)載放電時(shí)，在線自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)單體電池電壓，電池組電壓及放電電流，記錄電池的放電容量，保證對(duì)電池狀態(tài)的判斷。

4、 放電后充電電壓監(jiān)測(cè)。　

在放電完成后充電機(jī)對(duì)電池組充電時(shí)，本設(shè)備可以對(duì)充電過程中單節(jié)及整組電池電、壓進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)，可監(jiān)測(cè)其充電電流大小（選配電流鉗）并設(shè)定報(bào)警。

5、PC機(jī)無線監(jiān)測(cè)功能。在100M內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)PC機(jī)對(duì)放電監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的無線數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測(cè)，告警功能。

6、數(shù)據(jù)管理：完善的計(jì)算機(jī)管理分析監(jiān)控軟件，具有強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)分析處理功能，采用先進(jìn)的數(shù)學(xué)模型，對(duì)電池的多項(xiàng)測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行綜合計(jì)算分析，準(zhǔn)確判別電池性能，并可查詢電池的實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)及歷史數(shù)據(jù)，報(bào)考各項(xiàng)參數(shù)、曲線，并生成報(bào)表。

可提供特色定制服務(wù)：按照用戶的需求定制24V，48V，110V，220V，380V等不同電壓，電流等級(jí)的放電設(shè)備。并且南澳公司可定制以上電壓中任意兩種電壓的兼容機(jī)。如24V/220V兼容等，電流從0-300A可選。

3, Functions

3.1 Discharge test

3.1.1 can continuously set the dischargecurrent. Make constant-current discharge according to the setdischarge current, monitor the voltage of battery pack and signalbattery, testing the capacity of signal battery and battery pack(capacity test).

3.1.3 Applicable to a variety of singlecells: 2V, 4V, 6V, 12V (other voltage can be customized)

3.2 Quick test function

Short time discharge (around 10-20minutes), test the internal resistance and dischargecapacity of signal battery, identify the performance ofbattery.

3.3 When power failure or actual loaddischarge, on-line automatically monitoring the voltage of signalbattery, the voltage of battery pack and discharge current, recordthe discharge capacity of the battery, ensure the judgment ofbattery status.

3.4 Monitoring the charging voltageafter discharge. After discharging, when the battery pack ischarging by the charger, this device can monitor the voltage ofsignal battery and pack battery during the process of charging, itcan monitor the charging current (e with current clamp) andset the alarm.

3.5 Wireless monitoring function to PC.Realize the PC to discharge monitoring system for wireless datamonitoring within 100M, alarm function.

3.6 Data management.

Perfect computer management and analysismonitoring software, with strong function of data analysis andprocessing, use advanced mathematical models to make comprehensivecomputational analysis for  a number of measurements of thebattery, accurately judging the battery performance, and checkreal-time operating status and historical data of the battery,report each parameter, curves and generate reports.
