WP-632AM敲擊檢測儀是一種對(duì)脫粘型缺陷進(jìn)行檢測的非常先進(jìn)、有效的檢測方法,與傳統(tǒng)的敲擊檢測方法不同,它可將材料的脫粘程度進(jìn)行量化并顯示出來,而且不受周圍環(huán)境噪聲的影響,該儀器體積小、重量輕,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,檢測精度高,對(duì)操作人員也沒有特殊的要求。

該儀器主要用于航空材料脫粘缺陷的檢測,也適合厚的或多層的蜂窩材料例如FRP或鋁材表層檢測。
對(duì)于柔性材料,如橡膠、紙或皮革制品,敲擊頭的敲擊能量會(huì)被吸收,在這種情況下很難達(dá)到理想的檢測效果,另外,當(dāng)蒙皮的厚度與脫沾尺寸的比值很大時(shí),對(duì)缺陷的檢出也會(huì)非常困難,該儀器一般用于對(duì)蒙皮厚度小于2mm的材料進(jìn)行檢測
