BENDIX減壓閥RV-1系列介紹

描述

操作

如果出口管線中的壓力超過(guò)減壓閥的設(shè)定壓力，活塞下方的空氣壓力會(huì)大于彈簧對(duì)上的作用力，活塞將向上移動(dòng)，離開(kāi)排氣閥，使空氣通過(guò)排氣閥、空心活塞和閥導(dǎo)管，并通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)帽的槽口排出。當(dāng)彈簧的作用力超過(guò)空氣壓力，排氣閥密封，出口管線中的壓力就與減壓閥的設(shè)定壓力相同。

注意事項(xiàng)：RV-1?閥應(yīng)在供給和出口壓力穩(wěn)定且恒定的輕載應(yīng)用中使用。不建議用于快速或脈沖式的供氣和/或排氣壓力。如有具體應(yīng)用需求，建議咨詢 Bendix工程部門。

DESCRIPTION

The RV-1? pressure reducing valve is used to reduce air pressureand maintain it at a constant specified pre-set pressure below thatof the supply pressure. The pressure reducing valve has a 1/4"delivery port on the side and a 1/4" supply port on the bottom. Two9/32" mounting holes are cast into the body. A lockwire and sealare optional for a tamper proof setting.

OPERATION

The pressure setting of the pressure reducing valve isdetermined by the setting of the adjusting cap, which exerts aforce on the spring on top of the piston. Compressed air enters thesupply port and passes out the delivery port. When the air pressureon the bottom of the piston overcomes the force of the spring ontop of the piston, the piston moves upward and the inlet valvespring forces the inlet valve on its seat, closing off the supplyof air. As the pressure in the delivery line drops, the force ofthe spring above the piston becomes greater than the air pressurebelow the piston, allowing the piston to move downward, moving theinlet valve off its seat and allowing air to pass out the deliveryport.

If pressure in the delivery line exceeds the pressure setting ofthe pressure reducing valve, the force exerted by the air pressurebelow the piston will be greater than the spring force above thepiston. The piston will move up from the exhaust valve, permittingair to pass by the exhaust valve, through the hollow piston andvalve guide and escape through the slot in the adjusting cap. Whenthe force of the spring above the piston overcomes that of the airpressure below the piston, the exhaust valve is seated, and thepressure in the delivery line is the same as the setting of thepressure reducing valve.

Note: The RV-1? valve should be used in light duty applicationswhere the supply and delivery pressure is stable and constant. Arapid or pulsed supply and/or delivery pressure is not recommended.Please consult Bendix Engineering with specific applicationre
