□rn1型戶內(nèi)高壓限流熔斷器，用于電力線路的過載及短路保護(hù)。所謂限流就是熔斷器在短路電流達(dá)到峰值之前就將其切斷的功能。

◆熔斷特性
當(dāng)通過熔斷器的電流為其額定電流的1.3倍時(shí)，1小時(shí)不熔斷；當(dāng)通過熔斷器的電流為其額定電流的2倍時(shí)，1小時(shí)內(nèi)熔斷；熔斷器的熔斷特性曲線如圖1，供選擇熔斷器時(shí)參考。

◆熔斷管結(jié)構(gòu) structure of fuse link

熔斷管是熔斷器的主要部件，它是由熔絲裝在瓷管中，并在瓷管中充填石英砂，兩端密封而成。額定電流在7.5a以下及額定電壓為35v的熔管，其熔絲是繞在特制的瓷芯上，如圖2.a；額定電流在7.5a以上的熔體管，其熔絲是懸掛在瓷管中如圖2.b。

rn3型系列高壓限流熔斷器是用于電力線路及輸電設(shè)備的過載及短路保護(hù)。
rn3型系列高壓限流熔斷器比rnl型有如下改進(jìn)。
1、熔體采用片狀變截面多斷口結(jié)構(gòu)，為使開斷能力增強(qiáng)。開斷速度加快，開斷后絕緣可以迅速建立。對(duì)抗過電壓沖擊能力得到改善。
2、rn3型系列高壓限流熔斷器。為了使其能與fn5負(fù)荷開關(guān)配合工作。完善了指示的基本功能。
3、按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)草案gbl5166.1-5—《限流式熔斷器》中的試驗(yàn)方法，可開斷20-150mva的短路容量，而rn1型只能開斷40～80mva的短路容量。rn3型可配合fn5開斷過載電流。開斷過載電流。
4、熔斷器的工作溫度降低，熔管的額定電流得到提高，具體參見圖樣。
