一，概述
   u系列船用浮球液位控制器（以下簡稱控制器）。它山浮球，連桿，鐵心部分和磁性開關(guān)發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)換機構(gòu)組成，由浮球檢測到的液位變化直接傳給磁性開關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)換機構(gòu)?？刂破骱侠淼剡x用全密封引磁隔離開關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)換機構(gòu)，使永磁元件不能直接接觸介質(zhì)，避免了介質(zhì)內(nèi)部的混雜蝕質(zhì)引起軋熬和卡死現(xiàn)象，也不因機構(gòu)的摩擦而發(fā)生故障。
   控制器還符合國際電工委會（iec）92-504（1974年）船用電器設(shè)備器特殊要求-控制和測量儀表，中華人民共和國船舶檢驗局（1983）鋼質(zhì)海船入級與建造規(guī)范有關(guān)規(guī)定，部分還符號英國勞氏船級社的控制和電器設(shè)備的形式認(rèn)可實驗規(guī)則（1975年）。
二， 用途
   u系列位控制器廣泛適用于海洋船舶及其它設(shè)備的機艙副機鍋爐等裝置的潤滑油，燃油，廢油，淡水，污水等密閉或開口容器內(nèi)的液位報警和控制的作用。但不適宜于對不銹鋼材料起腐蝕作用和易燃，易爆的流體的危險場所。

   控制器工作原理基于阿基米德定律，即浮球在液體里受到向上的浮力，浮力的大小等于浮球所排開液體的重量。隨著容器內(nèi)液位的變化，浮球隨之上下運動，從而帶動連桿，鐵心上下移動，使鐵心與磁鋼的相對位置發(fā)生變化。通過鐵心與磁鋼相互磁力的作用磁鋼微動開關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)換機構(gòu)翻轉(zhuǎn)，使微動開關(guān)動作，切換差約10-40或10-70mm如圖-所示。該微動開關(guān)可來操作報警器，閥門或控制其他裝置。
五， 結(jié)構(gòu)及外型尺寸（見圖二，圖三）
   端子接線圖見圖四,圖四中在低位時，觸電c和b之間的線路導(dǎo)通，而觸電c和a之間的線路斷開。在高液位時觸電c和b之間的線路斷開，而觸電c和a之間的線路接通。
注意：
（1） 改圖四是直接作用或液位控制器的單點式典型的接線圖。

ⅳ，working principle
  the controller’s working principle is based on thearchimedes’principle,i,e the floating ball immersed in the liquid aupward floatage which is equal to the liquid weight drained off bythe fioating ball,with the variation of the liquid level in thevessels,the floating ball will go up anddown and drive theconnecting rod and the iron core to move upwards anddownards,andmake the relative position to chang between the ieoncore and the magntic steel,the funcion of magnetic between ironcore and the magentic steel makes the minatre on-off switchingmechanism turn over and makes the switch act,the changing overdifference about 10-40mm of 10-70mm shown in fig,the miniatureseitch will send a signal to realize level alarm,to operate thevalve,to control other e.

七，安裝使用
1. 控制器在使用前，應(yīng)檢查各部位是否有磨擦和螺釘松動現(xiàn)象。
2. 控制器必須安裝在易觀察，維修方便的部位上，并要保持連桿的中心線垂直。
3. 被控制介質(zhì)液面的波動頻率不宜太大。
4. 當(dāng)被控介質(zhì)粘度較大，容易結(jié)晶的介質(zhì)不宜使用。
5. 控制器不適宜于對不銹鋼材料起腐蝕作用和易燃易爆的流體的危險場所。
八，定貨須知
1. 型號，名稱，測量范圍，被測介質(zhì)壓力，溫度和比重。

1. before mounting the controller,the controller should be examindin order to make sure that there is ont any fricion ofscrew-loosing.
2. the controller should be mounted in the position where it iseasy to observe and con-venient for maintenance,and the verticalityof the connecting fod centreline should be main-tained.
3. the frequency and the amplitude of the level fluctuation of theagent measured shouldn’t be too much.
4. when the viscosity of the agent measure is rather high of whenthe agent is easy to becrystallized,the controller is notavailable.
5. the controller is not suitable for the agent corrosive tostainless steel and in the ex-plosive and inflammable dangeroussites.
