for iron ore fines: thefirst shipment of 250,000 mts, the confirmed priceis$132.00perdry metric ton (dmt)cfr main portof china. this price is based on 63.50% fe, fractionpro-rata.
clause 5:payment:
buyer will issue airrevocable, documentary letter of credit payable at sight ona 80/20 basis.
98 percent will be paid on a80/20 basis.
applicant bank shall top 20internationally recognized bank.
操作程序：
賣方提交sco,買方確認回簽.
提交icpo（loi+softprobe)，并允許軟查證。
賣方交出fco交給買方，賣方確認后交出合同草本。
買賣雙方共同簽署合同，賣方交出Zui近的船舶信息和sgs檢測以及Zui近的提單。
合同簽署后5日內(nèi)，買方開出idlc，賣方對信用證確認后5日內(nèi)開出有利于信用證接收方的2%生效履約保證金。
賣方接證后35天內(nèi)第一船裝貨啟運。
