■ 原理 principle 
◎ gtj系列固定提升加料機由機座、立柱、液壓提升系統(tǒng)、料斗翻轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)、水平旋轉(zhuǎn)及剎車機構(gòu)組成。并配置有帶密封裝置的專用錐形料斗與料桶、易清 洗。 
◎ 工作時，先將錐形料斗與裝有物料的料桶密封扣合，啟動提升操作桿，料斗與料桶一起提升；啟動翻轉(zhuǎn)操作桿，料桶即可翻轉(zhuǎn)180°，呈桶底向上姿態(tài)；水平旋轉(zhuǎn)機座，使之與被加料設(shè)備進料口對接；開啟料斗上的出料蝶閥，很容 易將物料加入下一工序的設(shè)備中。

◎該機采用304不銹鋼制造，凡是與物料接觸部份都進行了高度拋光精制。提升臂槽進行了簾布式隔離處理，整機小巧靈活，外型美觀。 
◎ 該機采用了電液集成控制技術(shù)，性能穩(wěn)定可靠；使用搖桿操作系統(tǒng)，使用方便靈活；可在任何高度自動鎖定，使用安全。 
◎該機采用了可卸式料斗，清洗方便；無殘留，易清洗，可以方便拆卸。 
◎該機料斗使用了密封裝置，料桶翻轉(zhuǎn)時不揚塵；需要時，物料亦可密封貯存。
