Oncethe mold is ready, check the size of the joints and mold, thenbrush the entire mold for easy mold release, or brush only the moldrelease agent on the inside of the mold. Pour the raw materials formaking the wave-absorbing block into the mold, stir carefully toconfirm that the raw materials are evenly distributed, and then usethe vibrating rod to vibrate the wave-absorbing block steel mold tomake the bubbles in the mold be discharged smoothly, and the moldcan be removed after air drying.
