光纜由以下部分組成：
松套管：由高模量pbt材料制成，內(nèi)含光纖及防水化合物。
纜芯：松套管（和填充繩）加2根電線圍繞中心加強(qiáng)芯絞合成緊湊圓形的纜芯，纜芯內(nèi)縫隙充以阻水填充物。加強(qiáng)芯是一根非金屬（frp）材料。
護(hù)套：外涂塑鋁帶（apl）縱包在纜芯外，后擠制聚乙烯護(hù)套成纜。
loose tube: made of a high modulus plastic. the tubes are filledwith fibers and a water-resistant filling compound.
cable core: tubes (and fillers)and two wires are stranded aroundthe strength member into a compact and circular cable core which isfilled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress.the strength member is a fiber reinforced plastic (frp).
sheath: an aluminum polyethylene laminate (apl) is appliedaround the cable core. then, the cable is completed with a pesheath.
