Because chlorinity increase, CPVC molecular not neat increases(crystallinity in the structure to drop, molecular chain&＃39;spolar enhancement), thus causes its thermal deformation temperaturerise. The CPVC product&＃39;s application temperature may reach93-100℃, compares the PVC enhancement 30-40℃, simultaneouslyimproved the PVC anti-chemical properties and corrosion resistanceability, can resist the anti-strong acid, the strong alkali, thesalt, the fatty acid salt, the oxidant,the halogen and otherchemical etching. Moreover, the CPVC tensile strength, theanti-bending strength compares PVC also to have the improvement.Compared with other polymer materials, CPVC has excellentresistance to aging, corrosion resistance and high flame resistanceand so on.

Because CPVC has so superior high temperature, corrosionresistance and flame retardant performance that it has been widelyused in making each different industry pipeline,hot and coldpipeline and fire pipeline. The advantages of CPVC pipe can bereflected in the following areas:
1, strong, thermostable
Because CPVC compares PP-R, PE-X to be firm.Compared with PP, thePE-X tube,under the similar pressure, CPVC may use a smallercaliber to achieve the same water flow, thereby saving materialcosts and installation time. Compares with other thermoplastic,CPVC has the remarkable mechanical property under the differenttemperature, is suitable for the bearing the situation, theapplication temperature may reach as high as 93℃, the life mayamount to 50 years.
2, easy installation
The connection method are very similar with PVC. Most commonly usedand simple connection method is resolver cementation.Otherconnection methods are threaded connection, flange connection andelectrode connections.
3, non-corrosive oxygen permeability
CPVC have the anti-oxygen, therefore the oxygen seepage from theradiator will not bring metal corrosion.
4, reducing the infiltration of additives

8, the low thermal conductivity
CPVC thermal conductivity is only 1.05. heat is not easy todisseminate from the pipeline, heat loss of pipeline is low.
9, bacteria breeding is not easy
CPVC is not influenced by the impact of residual chlorine in water.So it will not result in cracks and leaks.Inner wall of pipe issmooth, not easy to breed bacteria. The research indicated that thebreeding of germs in CPVC pipe is far lower than other materialssuch as copper, steel and other plastic pipe.
10, low thermal expansion
CPVC thermal-expansion coefficient is lower than other plastics.The tube expansion is very small when tube-pass heat, unlike othertypes of channels (such as PP-RRP) due to the higher temperaturecaused by heat expansion coefficient that could cause snakebending,the existence safe hidden danger and eyesores.

CPVC的氯化方法為水相懸?。ㄓ贊{）氯化法。將專用PVC樹脂在一定條件下與氯離子進行置換反應得到相應型號的CPVC樹脂。它的分子結構為： -CHCl-CHCl-CH2-CHCl-
由于氯含量的增加，CPVC在結構上分子的不規(guī)整性增大（結晶度下降，分子鏈的極性增強），因而使其熱變形溫度上升。CPVC產(chǎn)品的使用溫度可達93-100℃，較PVCtigao30-40℃，同時改善了PVC的抗化學性及抗腐蝕能力，能抗強酸、強堿、鹽、脂肪酸鹽、氧化劑及鹵素等的化學腐蝕。另外，CPVC的抗張強度、抗彎曲強度較PVC也有所改進。與其他高分子材料相比，CPVC具有優(yōu)異的耐老化性，耐腐蝕性和高阻燃性等特點。

由于CPVC具有***的耐高溫、抗腐蝕和阻燃等性能而被廣泛用于制造各種不同工業(yè)管道，冷熱水管道和消防管道。CPVC管材的優(yōu)越性能體現(xiàn)在以下幾個方面：
1、堅固、耐高溫
由于CPVC較PP-R、PE-X堅固，在同樣壓力下，CPVC可以使用更小的管徑而達到與PP、PE-X管同樣的水liuliang，從而可節(jié)省材料費用和安裝時間。與其它熱塑性塑料相比，CPVC在不同溫度下都有***的機械性能，適于受壓的場合，使用溫度可高達93℃，壽命可達50年。
2、安裝方便
其連接方法與PVC十分相似。Zui為常用和Zui簡單的連接方法為溶劑粘接。其它連接方法還有螺紋連接、法蘭連接和焊條連接。
3、無透氧腐蝕
CPVC本身具有抗氧性，因此不會有散熱器中由于氧滲透所帶來的金屬腐蝕。
4、減少助劑的滲入
為防止氧化，某些改性塑料需要添加大量抗氧劑，可能會滲入供水系統(tǒng)，導致難聞的氣味。
5、不受水中氯的影響
很多的聚烯烴材料（包括PP、PE）遇水可能會分解，而CPVC則不會受水中余氯的影響，不會出現(xiàn)裂痕和滲漏。
6、良好的阻燃性
CPVC限氧指數(shù)為60，因而在空氣中不會燃燒。具有無火焰滴露，不增加火載，限制火焰擴散，低煙霧生成特性。
7、CPVC對無***酸、強堿具有***的化學阻抗性。常用以替代金屬以處理侵蝕性物質(zhì)，如質(zhì)量較差的水，酸性物質(zhì),堿性物質(zhì)及其它水溶液。
8、導熱性能低
CPVC的熱傳導系數(shù)僅為1.05，熱力不容易從管道散發(fā)，管道熱損失少。
9、細菌不易繁殖
由于CPVC不受水中余氯的影響，不會產(chǎn)生裂痕和滲漏，管道內(nèi)壁光滑，細菌不易滋生。研究表明，CPVC管道內(nèi)細菌的滋生數(shù)值遠遠低于其它材料如銅、鋼及其它塑料管道。
10、較低的熱膨脹
CPVC熱膨脹系數(shù)低于其它塑料，管內(nèi)通熱時膨脹很小，不象其它種類的管道（如PP-RRP）由于較高的膨脹系數(shù)造成高溫受熱時的蛇行彎曲，及存在安全隱患又不美觀。
11、時間的考驗
沒有一種熱塑性材料象CPVC那樣，歷經(jīng)四十年熱水系統(tǒng)的考驗而免于維護，表現(xiàn)出其優(yōu)勢的性能。

CPVC樹脂的固有性能：
CPVC樹脂由聚氯乙烯（PVC）樹脂氯化改性制得，是一種性能優(yōu)異應用前景廣闊的新型工程塑料。該產(chǎn)品外觀為白色或淡黃色無味、無臭、***的疏松粉末。PVC樹脂經(jīng)過氯化后，分子鍵的不規(guī)則性增加，極性增強；樹脂的溶解性增大，化學穩(wěn)定性增加；對酸、堿、鹽、氧化劑等化學介質(zhì)的耐受性增加，熱變形溫度和機械性能tigao。氯含量由56.7％tigao到63—72％，維卡軟化溫度由72—82℃tigao到120℃以上，使用溫度可達140℃以上，長期使用溫度可達95℃以上。
CPVC樹脂的應用：
1、管材：CPVC主要用于生產(chǎn)管材，輸送熱水及腐蝕性介質(zhì)，在不超過100℃時仍能保持較高的強度，而且在較高的內(nèi)壓下可以長期使用。CPVC的重量是黃銅的1/6，鋼的1/5，且有極低的導熱性，因此，用CPVC制造的管道，重量輕，隔熱性能好，不需保溫。CPVC管可用作化工廠的熱污水管，電鍍?nèi)芤汗艿?，熱化學試劑輸送管，氯堿廠的濕氯氣輸送管道。
2、注塑件：CPVC樹脂可生產(chǎn)供水管的管件，過濾材料，脫水機等，還可以生產(chǎn)電器和電子零件。如電線槽，導體的保護層，電器開關，保險絲的保護蓋，電纜的絕緣材料等。
3、壓延薄板：可用于制造耐化學品、耐腐蝕的化工設備，如反應器、閥門、電解槽等。
4、復合材料：由CPVC和某些無機或有機纖維所構成的CPVC復合材料抗沖擊性能好，耐熱性也好于其它樹脂的復合材料，可制成板材、管材、波紋板、異型材等。
5、氯綸纖維改性：國產(chǎn)的氯綸纖維的洗曬溫度不得超過60℃，在紡制氯綸時加入30％的CPVC，可大幅度tigao產(chǎn)品的耐熱性，降低縮水率。
6、發(fā)泡材料：CPVC的發(fā)泡材料的耐熱性優(yōu)于PVC發(fā)泡材料。高溫時的收縮率相當小，可作為熱水管、蒸汽管道的保溫材料等；將CPVC置于加熱時能產(chǎn)生氣體的溶劑中發(fā)泡，可得到均一、微孔的發(fā)泡氣體，可用沸點為50—160℃的烴類、醚類、醛類等溶劑作發(fā)泡劑。
7、CPVC與熱塑性或熱固性的塑料共混，可以***改善這些材料的機械物理性能，如可使制品的耐熱性tigao等;國外還通過生產(chǎn)工藝的改進制備出抗沖性能更高，透明度更好的CPVC，這種透明材料可用于汽車、光盤、聲像制品，具有良好的經(jīng)濟效益。
包裝與規(guī)格：
本品內(nèi)用聚乙烯包裝袋，外用聚丙烯包裝袋包裝，出口級有中性包裝，也有專用牛皮紙包裝。每袋25±0.2Kg。
貯存和運輸：
本品應貯存在干燥通風的庫房內(nèi)，堆放高度不超過10袋，防止日曬和受潮。運輸必須用清潔和有遮蓋物的運輸工具，防止日曬、雨淋和受熱。本品為非危險品。
