1、產(chǎn)品用途。

美和唐科技使用H65黃銅/銅合金和低碳鋼等進(jìn)行雙面復(fù)合的冷軋壓延工藝覆銅合金材料，可以代替H62黃銅/磷銅等其他銅合金，滿足材料導(dǎo)電性能的同時(shí)，改善了材料的力學(xué)性能，可以節(jié)約大量的銅資源，節(jié)約成本，綠色發(fā)展。

常用于低壓工業(yè)電氣電工電子五金沖壓件，連接件，元器件，電子產(chǎn)品零部件，鎧裝電纜屏蔽和電波暗室、屏蔽室等。

表面和H65黃銅一致，同時(shí)擁有雙金屬材料性能。，銅鋼復(fù)合材料具備了熱擴(kuò)散優(yōu)、可塑性強(qiáng)、硬度大、價(jià)比高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是純銅黃銅等的優(yōu)良替代材料。性價(jià)比非常高。是節(jié)約成本

1、H65黃銅有極為良好的塑性(是黃銅中較好的)和較高的強(qiáng)度,可切削加工性能好，易焊接，對(duì)一般腐蝕非常安定,但在氨氣氣氛中易產(chǎn)生腐蝕開裂。

2、H65具有良好的機(jī)械性能,熱態(tài)下塑性良好，冷態(tài)下塑性尚可，可切削性好，易纖焊和焊接，耐蝕，是應(yīng)用廣泛的一個(gè)黃銅品種。

（2）成型要求：材料具有良好的界面結(jié)合力、折彎性能及拉伸性能，滿足沖壓、拉伸等加工要求。

（3）耐腐蝕性能要求：銅鋼復(fù)合板要求表面具有較好的耐腐蝕性，該性能通通復(fù)層銅化學(xué)成分及冷軋生產(chǎn)工藝過程控制來保證。

（4）其它要求：包括力學(xué)性能、尺寸精度及板形控制等。
