特性：
氮化硼是由氮原子和硼原子構(gòu)成的晶體，該晶體結(jié)構(gòu)分為：六方氮化硼（hbn）、密排六方氮化硼（wbn）和立方氮化硼，其中六方氮化硼的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)具有類似的石墨層狀結(jié)構(gòu),呈現(xiàn)松散、潤滑、易吸潮、質(zhì)輕等性狀的白色粉末，所以又稱“白色石墨”。理論密度2.27g/cm3,比重：2.43，莫式硬度為2.六方氮化硼是具有良好的電絕緣性，導(dǎo)熱性，化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性，無明顯熔點，在0.1mpa氮氣中3000℃，在中性還原氣氛中，耐熱到2000℃，在氮和氬中使用溫度可達(dá)到2800℃，在氧氣氣氛中穩(wěn)定性較差，使用溫度1000℃以下。六方氮化硼的膨脹系數(shù)相當(dāng)于石英，但導(dǎo)熱率是石英的十倍。在高溫時也具有良好的潤滑性，是一種優(yōu)良的高溫固體潤滑劑，有很強(qiáng)的中子吸收能力，化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，對幾乎所有熔融金屬都具化學(xué)惰性。

六方氮化硼不溶冷水，水煮沸時水解非常緩慢并產(chǎn)生少量的硼酸和氨，與弱酸和強(qiáng)堿在室溫下均不起反應(yīng)，微溶于熱酸，用熔融的氫氧化鈉，氫氧化鉀處理才能分解。對各種無機(jī)酸、堿、鹽溶液及有機(jī)溶劑均有相當(dāng)?shù)目垢芰Α?/p>

氮化硼參數(shù)：
1、高耐熱性：3000℃升華，其強(qiáng)度1800℃為室溫的2倍，1500℃空冷至室溫數(shù)十次不破裂，在惰性氣體中2800℃不軟化。
2、高導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)：熱壓制品為33w/m.k和純鐵一樣，在530℃以上是陶瓷材料中導(dǎo)熱Zui大的材料。
3、低熱膨脹系數(shù)：2×10-6的膨脹系數(shù)僅次于石英玻璃，是陶瓷中Zui小的，加上其具有高導(dǎo)熱性，所以抗熱震性能很好。
4、優(yōu)良的電性能：高溫絕緣性好，25℃為1014ω-cm,2000℃還可以達(dá)到103ω-cm,是陶瓷中的高溫絕緣材料，擊穿電壓3kv/mv,低介電損耗108hz時為2.5×10-4，介電常數(shù)為4，可透微波和紅外線。
5、良好的耐腐蝕性：與一般金屬（鐵、銅、鋁、鉛等）、稀土金屬，貴重金屬，半導(dǎo)體材料（鍺、硅、砷化鉀），玻璃，熔鹽（水晶石、氟化物、爐渣）、無機(jī)酸、堿不反應(yīng)。
6、低的摩擦系數(shù)：u為0.16，高溫下不增大，比二硫化鉬，石墨耐高溫，氧化氣氛可用到900℃，真空下可用到2000℃。
7、高純度含硼高：其雜質(zhì)含量小于10ppm，而含硼大于43.6%。
8、可機(jī)械加工性：其硬度為莫氏2，所以可用一般機(jī)械加工方法加工成精度很高的零部件制品。

high heatresistance: bn’s sublimation is 3000℃; its intensity is 1800℃which is twice as room temperature; dcadetimes of non-rupture from 1500℃air-cooled to roomtemperature; non-soften at 2800℃in inert gas.
high thermal conductivity: its thermal conductivity as hotembossing products is 33w/m.k, which is same as pure iron. amongceramic materials whose thermal conductivity are above530℃, boronnitride is the best materialin terms of thermal conductivity.
low coefficient of thermal expansion: the coefficient of thermalexpansion of bn is 2*10-6, which is only preceded byquartz glass. bn’s thermal expansion is the lowest among ceramicmaterials. the thermal shock resistance of bn is also brilliant asthe results of its high thermal conductivity and low thermalexpansion.
excellent electrical properties: its high-temperature insulation isexcellent; its insulation are 1014ω-cm at 25℃and 103ω-cmat 2000℃. bn is the best high temperature insulationmaterial among ceramic materials; its breakdown voltage is 3kv/mm;its insulation is 2.5*10-4when the low dielectric loss is 108hz;its permittivity is 4. bn also can pass through microwave andinfrared.
high corrosion resistance: bn does not react with general metals(iron, copper, aluminum, lead and so on), rare earth metals,precious metals, semiconductor materials (germanium, silicon,potassium arsenide), glass, molten salt (crytal stone, fluoride,slag), inorganic acid and alkali.
low coefficient of friction: the u of bn is 0.16, which will notfurther enlarge in high temperature, and it is much better thanmolybdenum disulfide and graphite. bn can be used at900℃in oxidation atmosphere and at2000℃in vacuum.
high purity with high b: its impurity conten < 10ppm, and itscontent of b > 43.6%.
