ASME是American Society of Mechanical Engineers（美國機械工程師協會）的英文縮寫。ASME成立于1880年，是一個非營利性專業(yè)機構，旨在促進機械工程、多學科工程及相關科學的學術交流，科學技術和實際應用。ASME主要從事發(fā)展機械工程及其有關領域的科學技術，鼓勵基礎研究，促進學術交流，發(fā)展與其他工程學、協會的合作，開展標準化活動，制定機械規(guī)范和標準。 它擁有125000個成員，管理著全世界Zui大的技術出版署，主持每年30個技術會議，200個專業(yè)發(fā)展課程，并制訂了許多工業(yè)和制造標準。  自成立以來，ASME領導了機械標準的發(fā)展，從Zui初的螺紋標準開始到現在已發(fā)展了超過600多個標準。ASME 已成為主要在技術、教育及調查領域內世界性的工程學機構。

ASME mainly engaged in thedevelopment of mechanical engineering and related fields of scienceand technology, encourage basic research, promote academicexchanges, development and other engineering associationscooperation, carry out standardization activities, developmechanical specifications and standards. ASME認證項目包括以下四大類：

ASMEcertification program includes the following fourcategories:

1.   鍋爐及壓力容器（BPV）

      Boilerand Pressure Vessel

ASME向世界范圍內的生產企業(yè)授予25種鋼印及相應的認證證書。其中字母U開頭的屬壓力容器范疇，字母H開頭的屬鍋爐類產品范疇，字母N開頭的屬于核動力裝置范疇。阿斯米認證是目前國際上Zui具**性、受到普遍認可的壓力容器產品認證。

ASME awarded 2kinds of seal and the appropriate certification for themanufactures in worldwide. Beginning with the letter U which is apressure vessel category, beginning with the letter H is a boilerproducts category, beginning with the letter N belongs to nuclearpower unit category. ASME certification is currently the mostauthoritative, have been widely recognized pressure vesselcertification.

ASME認證的流程和我們的服務內容如下：ASMECertification process and scope of service ofHeadway:

1)根據ASME要求制造商與Headway簽訂授權檢驗服務合同/The manufacturer will sign theauthorized inspection service agreement between Headway per ASMEre

2)    填寫ASME認證申請表(2頁)，并將證書及鋼印的預付款連同申請表寄到ASME認證部，同時根據所取證書的要求填寫訂單訂購ASME法規(guī)，并將訂單送達ASME 法規(guī)銷售部,相關費用大致如下：/Fill ASMECertification application sheet, send the certificates and stampfees together with application sheet to ASME Certificationdepartment, at the same time, need to buy ASME Standards percertificates’ application re, send the order to ASMERegation sales department, the related fees will be in thefollowing:

證書費：3000 美元/每張/certificates’ fees :USD 3000/per certificate

鋼印費：300美元/每枚/Stamp fees:  USD 300/ per stamp

ASME法規(guī)：基于客戶的要求（對于U, S鋼印的廠家需持有法規(guī)包括6卷：I,II,A,B.C&D,V,VIII-part 1,IX和B31.1卷。/ ASME Standards: per the clients’ re( for U,S,  Stamp factory will at least hold the following 6 sets:I,II, A,B,C&D,V,VIII-Part 1, IX and B 31.1)

所需購買標準費用：約4695美元。/Standardfees: about USD 4695

ASME聯檢前需預付10000美元。/ Pay USD10000 to ASME before ASME Audit.

3) ASME認證部收到申請及匯款后，ASME將于授權檢驗機構核實工廠是否與授權檢驗機構簽訂了檢驗服務合同，授權檢驗機構將通過信函向ASME回復確認。/AfterASME Certification department receives the application and payment,ASME will check with the authorized inspection institute whetherthe factory has signed the inspection service contract with theauthorized inspection institute, the authorized will issue oneletter to ASME to confirm.

4)工廠外聘無損探傷3級人員，焊工培訓，工藝評定準備及準備示范產品，所有記錄嚴格按照手冊執(zhí)行/ The factory will needto have sub NDT Level III person, welder , P and model products, all the list will be strictlyfollow the ASME Manual.

5) 以上四個步驟完成后，ASME將通過信函通知授權機構和工廠申請已經被接受，工廠準備接受是否被授予ASME證書聯檢。/ All the above foursteps are finished, ASME will issue one letter to inform theauthorized inspection institute and factory that the factoryapplication has been accepted, the factory will prepare for theASME Union audit.

6) 聯檢時間將由ASME來確定。/ ASME Audit time will be decided by ASME.

聯檢組由ASME聯檢組長，授權檢驗機構的授權檢驗監(jiān)督師（AIS）和授權檢驗師(AI)組成。如果聯檢做出向ASME推薦發(fā)證的結論，如同意發(fā)證，通常申請者將在2個月內拿到證書及鋼印。/ASME Audit Group will include ASME Lead auditor, the authorizedinspection institute AIS and AI .If Union audit gives thecertificates’ rest, agree to issue ASME Certificates, normally theapplication factory will receive the ASME Certificates and stamp intwo months.

證書需要每三年更新并進行換證或者重新授權的聯檢，取證和換證程序一樣./ The certificates will be valid for three years and renew afterthree years for union audit again, the certification first timeapplication and renew process will be the same.

b)  Headway在ASME 認證中的主要服務范圍：/ Headway will provide the following scope ofservice during ASME Certification:

1）培訓/ Training

2）指導編手冊和配合制造商準備示范產品圖紙/ Conductto make manual and help manufacturer to prepare the model productdrawings

3）在整個認證過程中的指導和協助完成示范產品/Help toconduct to finish sample products

3）做預聯檢/ do preaudit

4）配合ASME聯檢組做正式聯檢/ Cooperatewith ASME Union audit Group to do final audit
