KYNAR? 720 is a semi-crystalline low molecular weight pelletizedpolymer of vinylidene fluoride. It is a versatile engineeringplastic with an outstanding balance of physical and chemicalproperties which it for high performance service in a widerange of applications. It is a thermoplastic fluoropolymer capableof being fabricated in standard processing e The molecularweight and molecular weight distribution have been carefullytailored to supply a grade suitable for a variety of processingre and end-use applications.
KYNAR? 720 is recommended for fine extrusion operations such asmonofilament and thin, flat, and blown film. It is also suitablefor injection molding applications where very thin cross-sectionsfor intricate design require excellent melt flow characteristics.KYNAR? 720 is also suggested for coextrusion of compositeconstructions and as a base for filled or alloyed KYNAR?compounds.
The powder form of this resin grade is available as KYNAR? 721PVDF.
