近日，希臘對第4419/2016號法規(guī)第25條第1部分規(guī)定的費用支付截止日期的修訂如下：
1，對于煙草制品（指令2014/40/EU第5條），電子煙-再填充容器（指令2014/40/EU第20條），已通告到EU門戶（EU-CEG）并且打算在希臘銷售，自本部長令發(fā)布起，且相關費用尚未支付的，其付款截止日期延長至2021年9月30日。
1) In the case oftobacco products (Article 5of Directive 2014/40 / EU), electroniccigarettes - refill containers (Article20 of Directive 2014/40 /EU) already notifiedto the EU Common EntryGate (EU-CEG) as intended to be marketed inGreece, until the publication ofthis ministerial decree, and forwhich the relevant fees have not been paid, thedeadline for their payment is extendeduntil September 30, 2021.
2，對于煙草制品（指令2014/40 /EU第5條），電子煙-再填充容器（指令2014/40 /EU第20條），將要通告到EU門戶（EU-CEG）并且打算在希臘銷售，自本部長令發(fā)布至2021年8月16日，相關費用的付款截止日期延長至2021年9月30日。
2) In the case oftobaccoproducts (Article 5 of Directive 2014/40 / EU), electroniccigarettes -refill containers (Article 20 of Directive 2014/40 /EU) to be notifiedtothe EU Common Entry Gate (EU-CEG) as intended to be marketed inGreece, fromthe publication ofthis ministerial decree until August 16, 2021, the deadlineforpayment of the relevant fees is extended until September 30,2021.
3，對于煙草制品（指令 2014/40 /EU 第 5條），電子煙-再填充容器（指令2014/40 /EU第20條），將要通告到EU門戶（EU-CEG）并且打算在希臘銷售，自2021年8月17日起，相關費用的付款截止日期設定為自通告到歐盟共同門戶(EU-CEG)后的四十五(45)個日歷日。
3) In the case oftobacco products(Article 5 of Directive 2014/40 / EU), electronic cigarettes-refill containers (Article 20 of Directive 2014/40 / EU)to be notified tothe EU Common Entry Gate (EU-CEG)as intended to be marketed in Greece, from17 August 2021onwards, the deadline for the payment of the relevant fees isset atforty-five (45) calendar days from the notification to the EUCommonEntry Gate (EU-CEG).
4，對于已經支付相關費用并且在希臘市場流通的煙草制品（指令2014/40/EU第5條）、電子煙-再填充容器（指令2014/40/EU第 20 條），則沒有義務為在EU門戶 (EU-CEG)修改通告支付新費用，這將實施到2021 年 8 月 16 日。
4) In the case oftobacco products(Article 5 of Directive 2014/40 / EU), electronic cigarettes-refill containers (Article 20 of Directive 2014/40 / EU)for which therelevant fees have already been paid, there isno obligation to pay a new feefor notifications of modifications tothe EU Common Entry Gate (EU-CEG), forcircation in theGreek market, that will be implemented until 16August2021.
