“Dip & Look Test” - The Preludeprovides precise handling of electronic components for theautomated process of a flux and solder dip of the componentterminations. After the dip process, the operator inspects theterminations (i.e., “l(fā)ook”) for the adequate presence of solder. Ifadequate, the component is validated for authenticity andsolderability with the selected solder alloy.
“浸漬和觀察”可焊性測試儀 -“前奏”202可焊性測試儀能夠在零件終端浸漬助焊劑和焊錫的自動化加工工序里面準確地對電子零件進行輸送。浸漬之后，工人可以對終端進行檢查(那就是“觀察”)，確認焊錫浸漬是否合格。如果合格，就證明零件對所選擇的焊錫合金是真實的、可焊的。

Prelude 202 Solderability TestSystem | The Prelude 202 is designed for standards compliantsolderability “dip & look” testing of electronicscomponents. The Prelude 202 features high precision PLC motion X &Z axis motion control, advanced touch screen programming, a solderpot and flux station. Customer must select and purchase tooling tohold components. NOTE: System is designed to industry standardusing static solder pot and testing of a sample of componentterminations (leads). Testing all terminations (especially, finepitch, QFN, QFP components) may require N2 inertion anda dynamic solder pot, which are inconsistent with testingstandards.
