東億國際傳媒產業(yè)園始建于2008年。園區(qū)始終堅持中國共產黨的領導，砥礪奮進，在高井黨總支的領導下先后獲得了“國家文化產業(yè)示范基地”、“全國**文創(chuàng)IP園區(qū)”、“北京市文化創(chuàng)意產業(yè)園區(qū)”、“首都文化企業(yè)三十佳”等榮譽稱號，并成立了東億園區(qū)聯合黨支部和園區(qū)“婦女之家”。在北京市及朝陽區(qū)政府的領導下，在《北京市產業(yè)結構調整指導意見》及《關于加快文化產業(yè)發(fā)展的指導意見》的精神指導下，東億園區(qū)圍繞著文化產業(yè)集群化發(fā)展，著力打造了產業(yè)聚集效應顯著的生態(tài)型文化產業(yè)示范基地。園區(qū)各類配套設施一應俱全、產業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康發(fā)展，除了園林式的獨棟寫字樓外，還配套了三個演播廳、花漾年華電影主題酒店、新維亞商務酒店、東億美術館、城市書坊、會議中心、運動館、籃球場、多層式停車樓等設施，以滿足廣大文化從業(yè)者不同層次的需求。 

Dongyi International Media Industry Park was founded in 2008.The park has always adhered to the leadership of the CommunistParty of China and made great efforts，under the leadership of theGeneral Party Branch of Gaojing, it has successively won thehonorary titles of "National Cultural Industry Demonstration Base","National Excellent Literary and Creative IP Park", "BeijingCultural and Creative Industry Park", "Top 30 Capital CulturalEnterprises", and established Dongyi Park Union Party Branch andPark "Women's Home".    Under the leadership of theBeijing Municipal and Chaoyang District Governments, under theguidance of the Guidelines for the Adjustment of IndustrialStructure in Beijing and the Guidelines for the Acceleration ofCultural Industry Development, Dongyi Park has made great effortsto build an ecological cultural industry demonstration base withremarkable industrial agglomeration effect around the developmentof cultural industry cluster. The park has all kinds of supportingfacilities and healthy development of industrial ecosystem. Apartfrom the garden-style single office building, it also has threestudios, Teenage Dream Film Theme Hotel, Sparko Business Hotel,Dongyi Art Gallery, City Bookstore, Conference Center, Sports Hall,Basketball Court and Multi-storey Garage to meet the needs ofcultural practitioners at different levels.
