HH-A-T7.5 can rotate in horizontal and vertical directionfreely. It can be precisely indexed to reach 720 repeatableattitudes with fine (7.5°) angular index increments. Its indexspeed is 90° in 2 seconds and can handles up to 300 mm long probeextensions. HH-A-T7.5 is capable of connecting touch triggerprobe as well as other probing systems, such as analog scanningprobing system and non-contact probing system.

§ HP-S-X1S掃描/觸發(fā)套裝組HP-S-X1S Complete Kit

HP-S-X1S測頭系統(tǒng)是高速、高精度的可分度三維掃描模擬測頭。它同時兼容觸發(fā)和掃描功能，支持所有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的探測模式：單點測量、自定心測量和連續(xù)高速掃描測量，可完成各種復(fù)雜的測量任務(wù)，包括復(fù)雜輪廓和外形的掃描。由于采用觸發(fā)方式進行校驗，因而校驗所需的時間很短。

HP-S-X1S具備緊湊的結(jié)構(gòu)，直徑僅30mm,可*大限度的接近待測工件，并可深入工件內(nèi)部進行測量；配備HH-A-T或HH-AS-T自動分度測座，具有靈活高效的測量能力。

The HP-S-X1S is a high speed & high accuracy indexablecontinuous scanning probe head. It enables scanning andtouch-trigger probing in the same probe system and supports all thestandard probing modes like: Single Point Probing, Self-Centeringas well as Continuous High Speed Scanning for fast and accurateform and profile measurements. Besides, it has shorter stylicalibration times because of touch-trigger calibration mode.

The HP-S-X1S has a compact structure with small outer diameterof 30mm, which allows optimum access to the measured part as wellas the deep inside measurement. E with TESA motorizedindexing probe heads of HH-A-T or HH-AS-T, the HP-S-X1S canprovide a flexible and efficient measurement.

 用戶現(xiàn)場的測量機安裝 Installation at Customer Site

思瑞測量技術(shù)（深圳）有限公司負(fù)責(zé)測量機的安裝、調(diào)試以及測量機安裝現(xiàn)場的*終驗收。所有的包裝箱都需要在思瑞工程師監(jiān)督和認(rèn)可的情況下才能開啟。*終的驗收將根據(jù)ISO10360-2測量機****執(zhí)行。

只有當(dāng)滿足了供貨方在《機房施工指南》中所要求的環(huán)境條件，才能進行測量機的安裝。

需方必須提供相應(yīng)的機器吊裝設(shè)施及內(nèi)部運送和拆裝所需的人力資源，供方負(fù)責(zé)機器吊裝設(shè)施及內(nèi)部運送和拆裝過程中的技術(shù)指導(dǎo)。

System installation includes installation, start-up andmetrology test and will be carried out by the service engineerof Serein Metrology Shenzhen. All boxes shall be opened only underthe supervision of a Serein Metrology Shenzhen engineer. During the installation, support for connections, internaltransportation and unpacking must be provided.  The metrologytest will be performed according to the ISO 10360-2 regulation.

Concerning environment and facilities for the CMMinstallation, the buyer must meet the re specified in Site Preparation Guide provided by seller before theinstallation.

Fork lift truck or suitable lifting e must be providedby the buyer as well as the manpower needed for internaltransportation and unpacking. Supplier should offer technicalguide.
