5、設備機架及電腦控制箱外殼都提供可靠接地，且電腦控制箱外殼單獨接地；
售后服務                                         
1、設備的質(zhì)量技術標準按國家法律法規(guī)規(guī)定的標準執(zhí)行。
2、設備質(zhì)保期為1年，自設備到場驗收合格之日起計算。保修期內(nèi)，廠方按服務承諾做好保修等免費服務。若因產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生的損壞，由廠方承擔維修費用。因購方人為損壞或操作不當?shù)仍蛞鸬木S修廠方只收取基本材料成本費和人工費。
3，質(zhì)保期后，如購方設備出現(xiàn)故障或人為損壞，廠方按公司規(guī)定收取維修費用
4，廠方會在購方告知設備故障后2小時內(nèi)做出回應，如有需要，24小時內(nèi)到達購方要求地點
