該機由叁臺粉碎主機，旋風收集機構、整套電器設備等組成。主機由機架、主電機、無級變速電機、送料機構、調節(jié)機構及一對動磨盤和定磨盤等組成。其基本原理為通過兩磨盤的相對運動，將物料剪切、碾磨而達到粉碎之目的。采用風、水冷卻有效地控制粉碎溫度，確保被粉物料之質量。送料機構選用無級變速，可根據不同物料，調節(jié)相應的進料速度，從而得到Zui理想的產量和質量。通過旋風收集機構，取走成品粉，全過程無任何粉塵飛揚。
