涂料噴嘴口徑和空槍帽的選定
面漆（成品）噴涂等，要求特別微粒化的涂料粒子，根據(jù)涂料噴出量必須選擇空氣量多的型號，
特別是金屬性噴涂等，空氣量必須盡可能大。
涂料粘度和涂料噴嘴口徑的選定
必須根據(jù)涂料粘度選定噴嘴口徑，一般來說，涂料粘度低選擇小口徑，涂料粘度高選擇大口徑。
壓送式型號，噴嘴口徑小也能在低粘度到高粘度比較廣的范圍內(nèi)使用。
