本公司專業(yè)生產(chǎn)各類led礦燈 led礦工燈鋰電池礦燈，款式齊全，適合各類客戶要求：有l(wèi)ed鉛酸礦燈，led鋰電礦燈，分體礦燈（有線）,一體式礦燈（無線）和帽燈一體礦燈。

led礦燈有大功率款和小功率款，大功率為1w的led,美國旭明產(chǎn)品，低光衰、高亮度、穩(wěn)定性好；小功率價(jià)格低廉，使用時(shí)間長，性能也比較穩(wěn)定。

鉛酸電池和鋰電電池比較：鉛酸電池比較重，電池重量將近700g，鋰電池比較輕巧，電池重量不超過250g；鋰電電池的壽命比鉛酸電池長，鋰電可以循環(huán)充電500次以上，鉛酸電池循環(huán)充電次數(shù)不到300次；鋰電電池不需要維護(hù)，鉛酸電池在充電150次左右需要加水；鉛酸電池成本低，鋰電價(jià)格比較高。

一體式led礦燈和分體式led礦燈的區(qū)別：分體式礦燈有一根電纜線連接燈頭和電池，燈頭掛與安全帽上，電池掛與腰件；一體式礦燈沒有電纜線，電池也安裝在燈頭里面，比較輕便。

2008年底本公司又自主研發(fā)了一體式大功率led鋰電池礦燈，具有使用方便（配有專用充電器），體輕小巧（整燈重量不超過150g），亮度高(照度達(dá)到1800lux)，連續(xù)照明時(shí)間長（超過14小時(shí)），防水防爆（整燈為全密封設(shè)計(jì)，電池通過防爆測試），安全性能高（有過充，過放和欠電保護(hù)），節(jié)省成本等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，市場反映良好，銷量迅速上升，并遠(yuǎn)銷智利、南非、澳大利亞等國，相信很快就將成為礦燈市場的主流產(chǎn)品。

2009開發(fā)了新款的kl5lm型的鋰電池led礦燈，與原來的相比亮度更高，0.2a的電流（原來為0.3a）下照度超過了2500lx,照明時(shí)間達(dá)到了25小時(shí)（原來為16小時(shí)）,鋰電池的衰減更低，使用壽命更長，電纜采用了0.75*1.2的電纜，垂直出線，比原來的45度彎角出線更牢固，長久使用更加不容易斷裂，采用電子灌封膠密封，防酸抗老化，解決了原來使用一年以后因?yàn)槟z水老化容易進(jìn)水的問題。

kl6lmminer’s lamp is a new type of environmental-friendly lamp, which isadopted the most advanced 1w led made bylumiledslighting company and lithium batteries. this kind of miner’s lampcan be applied in flammable and explosive environment such as coalmines, chemical industry, oil and road transportation, also can beapplied in other mobile lighting places. kl6lm miner’s lamp gotflameproof certificate ratified by national coal mining machinery supervision and testing center.

kl6lmminer’s lamps are designed based on gb7857-2003《generalre for safety of miner’s lamp》andmt927-2004《klminer’s lamp》,which have characteristics of small size, light weight, longservice life, free of maintenance, environmentalprotection.

1.move the switch to the main light source position if necessary, themain main illuminant will light.

2.miner’s lamps could work continuously or intermittently,

turnon left/right rotary switch to adjust the light source when in theuse of it.

3.therated working current of miner’s lamps’ main light source is 0.3a,which can be illuminated for more than 20 hours; the rated workingcurrent of secondary light source is 0.12a, which can beilluminated for more than 30 hours when only use of it. thesecondary light source can be available when main light source isfailed or overworked to ensure the lamps can long-lifework.

4.thisproduct has discharging protection function; when

thebattery is discharged to cut-off voltage of 2.9v, protection devicewill start automatically and turn off the discharge loop, theminer’s lamp is off and should recharge the battery beforeuse.
