一、風(fēng)機(jī)的用途

t4-72型離心通風(fēng)機(jī)可作為一般通風(fēng)換氣用，其使用條件如下：

1. 應(yīng)用場所：作為一般工廠及大建筑物的室內(nèi)通風(fēng)換氣，既可用作輸入氣體，也可用作輸出氣體。
2. 輸送氣體種類：空氣和其他不自燃的、對人體無害的、對鋼鐵材料無腐蝕性的氣體。
3. 氣體內(nèi)雜質(zhì)：氣體內(nèi)不許有粘性質(zhì)，所含的塵土及硬質(zhì)顆粒物不大于
4. 氣體的溫度，不得超過80oc。

二、風(fēng)機(jī)的型式

風(fēng)機(jī)可制成右旋轉(zhuǎn)和左旋轉(zhuǎn)二種型式。從電視一端正視，葉輪順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)，稱為右旋風(fēng)機(jī)，以“右”表示；按逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)，稱為左旋風(fēng)機(jī)，以“左”表示。

風(fēng)機(jī)的出口位置，以機(jī)殼的出風(fēng)口角度表示。

t4-72型風(fēng)機(jī)no3～6在出廠時(shí)均做成一種形式。no3～6出風(fēng)口位置調(diào)整范圍0o～225o,間隔是45o傳動(dòng)方式為a式傳動(dòng):no07～12的出風(fēng)口位置制成固定的三種0o、90o、180o、不能調(diào)整;no7～12的傳動(dòng)方式為c式傳動(dòng)。

三、風(fēng)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)

t4-72型風(fēng)機(jī)中no3～6風(fēng)機(jī)主要由葉輪、機(jī)殼、進(jìn)風(fēng)口等部分配直聯(lián)電機(jī)而組成;no7～12除具有上述部分外，還有傳動(dòng)部分等。

1. 葉輪由十個(gè)后傾的圓弧薄板型葉片，曲線型前盤和平板后盤組成，均用鋼板制造，并經(jīng)靜、動(dòng)平衡校正，空氣性能良好，高效率低噪聲，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。
2. 機(jī)殼做成二種不同型式。no14～20的機(jī)殼制成二開式，沿中分水平面分為二半，由螺栓聯(lián)接。
3. 進(jìn)風(fēng)口制成整體，裝于風(fēng)機(jī)的側(cè)面，與軸向平行的截面為曲線形狀，能使氣體順利進(jìn)入葉輪，且損失較小。
4. 能動(dòng)部分由主軸、軸承箱、滾動(dòng)軸承、皮帶輪組成。

四、性能與選擇

本樣本只給no10樣機(jī)無因次性能表及曲線，由該性能表和曲線計(jì)算no10以上風(fēng)機(jī)的有因次性能參數(shù)。
