配料罐：本配料罐又名攪拌罐、配料桶，有節(jié)能、耐蝕、生產(chǎn)能力
強(qiáng)、清洗方便，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單等特點(diǎn)，主要用于奶品和食糖、飲料及其他元素和各種物料在配合后進(jìn)行攪拌均勻作用。是制造乳品、飲料、制藥廠家不可缺少的設(shè)備。
結(jié)構(gòu)：本設(shè)備分罐體、罐蓋、攪拌槳、進(jìn)料口、出料閥均有由進(jìn)
口不銹鋼耐酸銅1cr18ni9ti制成，按gb741-80技術(shù)條件進(jìn)行，罐體內(nèi)外拋光，罐內(nèi)有攪拌槳，工作時(shí)起攪拌作用；上蓋有溫度計(jì)，顯示罐內(nèi)溫度；頂部有擺線針輸行星減速器，帶動攪拌槳；并可裝拆與清洗，并是一扇可開式罐蓋供清洗用，另加兩個(gè)進(jìn)料口，可與管道連接，便于連接進(jìn)各種配料，下面帶有出料口，并裝上旋塞閥大等攪拌均勻后、旋轉(zhuǎn)旋塞閥手柄90°即可放料，放料完畢關(guān)閉，達(dá)到攪拌均勻目的。
